Mods, feel free to move it if you feel the need to do so. lasexsymbol.com and its adjunct campaign funded by Los Angeles County has unveiled their grand winner of a contest to design LA's own condom logo. Winner:  Some of the finalists in what amounts to dark propaganda for control freaks seems to poke fun of the Orwellian nature of such a campaign.
