The issue with representation in porn has always been a problem. Yet, the lack of elite black pornstars currently is more transparent than ever.
In the 2000s-2010s there were: Diamond Jackson, Nyomi Banxxx, Jasmine Webb, Aryana Angel, Jada Fire, Vanessa Blue, Cherokee D Ass, Misty Stone, as well as others. They were fit, any surgery they had was clean, and they did not have any crappy tattoos. Woman I would be willing to drop decent cash for a private booking.
Right now, I feel that there are only 5 who have the potential of being elite: Ana foxxx, August Skye, Nicole Kitt, Moriah Mills (maybe), Osa Lovely (maybe/if she is still active).
Hopefully, more black women will join the mainstream industry, though considering the state it is in, I doubt that will happen.
At least two major omissions from your list -- the incredible Lia Lovely:
and though she doesn't do much in the way of mainstream studio porn, Isabelle Miller is nearly as gorgeous, and has plenty of scenes out there on clip sites etc.:
I'm not usually that big on black performers, honestly, but they are among a small handful of my current favorites.

Being completely honest, you can tell by the types of content that are popular (people fucking their daughters and shit, anal) and by the cartoony way pornstars are taught to act that black males, especially black males that are into black women, are not a significant part of the porn-buying audience. You simply aren't going to see that many black women because there aren't many buyers for them.
Marie Luv, Kapri Styles, Monique, Sinnamon Love, Arianna Knight, Kitten- all legendary. The present cadre of black porn stars do not presently come anywhere near the past all due respect.
Missing Kira Noir, Sarah Banks, Nikki Darling, Lily Starfire, Demi Sutra, Baby Gemini, Sarai Minx, Ebony Mystique, Amari Gold, Nia Nacci and Tessa Thomas just to name several. Add to that the explosion of black talent in recent times from South America including Rebeca Villar, Ana Sasuga, Jenny Pretinha, Ainhoa Campbell, Jasminy Villar, Luna Corazon, Karina Rose, Alicia Ribeiro, Vicky Minage and many more.
So far, no one mentioned my favorite - Hazel Grace. And there are more I don't think were previously mentioned like Ameena Green, Cali Sweets, Skyla Sun and Olivia Jay.
I hate to say it, but if I was advising black females who wanted to enter the business in hopes of making it big, I'd say don't do it. It seems that the porn producers just don't hire black women with sufficient regularity that they even have the opportunity to grow and make a big splash.
I was a huge fan of Ashley Aleigh but she quit I recall correctly due to lack of opportunities. I don't know what sells and what doesn't but I'd personally like to see more black women get the same chance to make a name and grow in the industry.
OP is right im afraid. A lot of the names mentioned in this thread are very good elite performers but they arent booked often by the big sites. If not for Dire desires, BLKTouch, freakmob and Habibshow I would not have known or had access to any of my current favourite crop of new black pornstars.
i agree with this post. kira noir practically has a scene a week come out on brazzers in recent times. they just did a a four scene showcase with her a month or 2 back. not to mention dozens of scenes for the vixen network of sites. at least once every 10 days brazzers releases a scene with one or more black female performs. some of which are not even all that well known. brazzers def. gives opportunity. lily starfire just had a jules jordan scene released less than a week ago and has shot for him at least once or twice more in the past year. i still consider him one of the top directors \brands. kira is definitely as popular and accomplished if not more so than some of the elite girls of the past that op had listed. naughty america releases 2-4 scenes a month with black female performers. maybe op is not subscribed\ looking at the right mainstream companies. african americans still only make up about 13 percent of the nations population. they dominate sports like the nba and nfl and some aspects of music so i think people think the nations population is much larger because of it.
also should be noted ana foxxx and moriah mills appear to be retired from my knowledge. i just looked up moriah on iafd and she has not shot since 2021 it says. which actually surprised me. the bulk of her work was 2017-2019. same with ana. like i said in my other post check out brazzers and naughty america if you want several dozen new scenes a year staring black female performers.
Ana Foxx is mostly a director at Playboy, but she has shot some scenes from time to time, maybe you should go on Twitter to see what they're doing because most of y'all don't even do that. As for Moriah Mills she created a lot of controversy last year when she claimed she was pregnant by NBA star Zion Williamson who was the father of her baby, but he denied it. She was stalking him on him on Twitter and even post some stuff with his lawyer's got her account banned. But also, let's not forget that she hasn't done a single black man during her porn career and she got harassed from that as a matter in fact, most of these black women are getting harassed by black fans because they do seem but too many white guys and not enough black men.
But they even tell them it's up to the directors who they pair with and they still harassed on social media. But let's not forget that black on black porn is on a steady decline in recent years luckily onlyfans is keeping it alive because many black women compare with black men on that platform but they still get harassed no matter what they do
Here's an anecdote. Take it for what it's worth. I once worked with a guy who had been a sprinter on a major-college track team. He would go to meets and be the only white guy among 96 athletes running the 4x400. He once said that every black guy he was around had a goal in life of fucking a white woman.
Whether you wish to extrapolate that to the entire population is up to you. I will assert without evidence, however, something that I think is pretty well self-evident to anyone observing society: You'll see more black guys with white women that white guys with black women.
Given that, the dearth of black female performers isn't much of a mystery to me. Entertainment is one of the few fairly free markets left. In this case, call it racist or just call it preference -- in general, you can't force people to purchase entertainment that, for whatever reason, doesn't appeal to them.
They've all jumped to Onlyfans make a few scenes and then retire. It's really hard to find good scenes because there are the few who actually know how to shoot or shoot with companies like freakmob and then there's the horrible shot from a cellphone bad quality videos. Such a shame because I love black female performers a lot too.
On the flipside it seems that black male performers have been getting a lot of work since interracial is very popular. Thanks to blacked becoming a bit of a meme also the whole qos/hotwife thing gets a lot of interracial scenes. Though all it takes is one guy like Guccithirdleg to ruin everything.
Edited by - lancevancedance2020 on 10/24/2024 9:27:21 PM
again brazzers produces at least one scene a week with 1 or sometimes 2 black females performers in it. high quality shot with great cameras etc. sometimes its a major girl like kiara and sometimes its black girls that have 2 or 3 scene credits. just because everyone on this board seems to hate sites like brazzers and adult time does not mean they are not "big sites" with high quality production. if you want multiple scenes per week with black females both famous and upcoming check out both of those websites.

Are black women actually underrepresented in porn or are black men so overrepresented that black women seem like they're nonexistent in comparison? That's a genuine question. I haven't run the numbers. There are some companies, like VMG, who clearly prioritize white women and black men over all other groups, but is that the case for everyone else? Most porn production in the Northern Hemisphere is done in countries like the U.S., U.K., Spain, France, Japan, Italy and Eastern Europe. There are a bunch of markets where black people in general shouldn't be all that common in porn.
The transition to self-produced content took a good chunk of mainstream's potential talent pool across all demos. We've seen a lot of non-monogamous creators do mainstream work to build a bigger audience. The problem for black women in those spaces is that interracial porn is an inevitability for them in mainstream. If they built a fanbase without that content, going into mainstream porn is just opening them up to harassment. If you follow any of these women on social media, you'll find that they're subject to hate for their interracial content seemingly more often than anyone else is. You'd think these women were all shooting trash like Ghetto Gaggers by the way some of these men react.
It's also pretty obvious that South Asians make up a huge chunk of porn viewership now. The "Chudai" thing you see on Twitter is Hindi. Jasmine Sherni is one of the most popular new performers and I suspect it's in part because she's one of the few South Asians in porn. Do South Asian men find black women attractive? They don't look like the local women, nor are black women all that present in western media exported to those markets.
I could be wrong but I have seen that a lot of black porn stars go overboard with enhancements and alternate beauty trends. I don't know what the correct word is.
As a personal preference, I don't like - Unnatural dyed hairs - like pink, red, green etc - Shaved heads - Piercings - Tattoos (tasteful small ones are a turn on but otherwise no) - Obviously fake enhanced tits
A perfect example would be Demi Sutra. I really liked her when she first started but now she has shaved hair, partially colored hair and maybe piercings?
Do I don't like them only on ebony women? Nope. I don't like them on all women.
the shaved head thing is actually the opposite of all those overboard\alt\emo things you describe. its very difficult and takes a lot of money accessories and time for black women to have straight hair. i think a lot of these performers are choosing to buzz their heads because they are fed up with the maintenance and fakeness it takes to have traditional "white girl" hair. so i actually respect the girls who choose to do this. i also can understand how its not everyone's cup of tea however but they arent doing that to be overboard like the rest of the things you describe.
^^ When it comes to tits, bigger/more fake = better, always, regardless of race or any other factor. Now, of course, that is my personal opinion, but however contrarian it may seem in the context of this forum, in society at large, it's pretty indisputable; otherwise, the market for such procedures would never have exploded as it obviously has, and performers who earn a living based largely on their appearance wouldn't bother with them.
Not to... split hairs... or anything, but a shaved head on a woman is very clearly alt, simply meaning that it's atypical of most women in Western (and Eastern, for that matter) societies. While it is more common for black women to have shaved heads, this is traditionally for them to wear wigs. However, some simply leave it bald, though this is still relatively uncommon.
All of that to say, I think both Pete and Lexifan are right, in their own respective ways. As Pete pointed out, for whatever reason, it's far more common to see black men with white women than white men with black women. Why that is, I don't know. But it's then unsurprising to see most porn reflect this reality: there are tons of videos of BBC railing white women; there are comparatively very few videos with white men fucking black women.
Lexifan, however, is also right in pointing out that there are far more black mainstream actresses than most might think. That said, very few of these women are seen as top performers, for whatever reason. One plausible reason is because it can be difficult to get recognition for your talents if your videos/content is less popular simply due to aesthetic or demographic differences. (This isn't to infer any level of racism, but mere preference; for example, I prefer red heads with freckles and probably watch those videos more than, say, big tit black women videos, even if I enjoy both on occasion. If most of the porn-consuming population is white men who, traditionally, aren't partnered with black women, then it's going to be plausibly difficult for those actresses to get the acclaim needed to be considered a top performer.)
Oh I like curly hair just as well which I believe a lot of black women tend to have naturally. Examples being Misty Stone and Barbie Reyes. Barbie had straight hair in a scene, completely ruined it.
I think what I'm trying to say is, boobs apart, I prefer everything as natural as possible

The idea that porn is reflecting any reality is comical to me. So many popular narratives are just nonsense. There's far less incest in western countries than what's depicted. There are probably far fewer blended families (admittedly, a scenario schemed up to avoid obscenity complaints) IRL than the porn industry would lead you to believe, too. When it comes to racial depictions, it's a complete mess. Some groups border on nonexistent, while others are so overrepresented you'd assume they make up a far bigger chunk of that country's population than they really do. The vast majority of people date within their race, too. Based on the output of some porn producers, you wouldn't assume that. Asian women in western porn regularly shoot with black men. Few have scenes with Asian men. I don't know which reality that's a depiction of.
On a global level, that is mathematically not possible. Within a decade or two, that probably won't even be true in the U.S. Heck, that might already be the case.

Veridical is onto the right idea, even if he didn't quite put it correctly. The main *buyers* of porn are white men. White men drive what gets made because they have the money for porn more than anyone else. Most white men are not going to buy porn with black women, so there is not much money to be made off black women, so there is not a huge amount of demand for black women.
When you look at the industry and see certain constant tropes everywhere, then you know what white guys are into.

You're assuming the people paying for porn are actually dictating trends. The reality is that only a tiny fraction of the people who watch porn pay for it. They aren't reflective of the general audience. The huge studio consolidation and the rise of self-distributed content over the last decade is proof of that. Parts of the industry have clearly moved away from being dependent on paywalls. It's not a coincidence that the operators of the largest tube sites are also the owners of most of the industry's biggest producers. Aylo, in particular, runs so many functionally identical subscription sites that it's hard to believe those make sense on an independent level. Even the ones that don't own those sites have a heavy presence on them.
Bangbros seems to be producing content primarily for tube sites. They put out an annual list of their most watched scenes. For a studio that hires black men more than any other group, you'll find more white men on those charts. That's an interesting schism between what their paying customers watch versus what they produce. Additionally, they (comparatively) shoot a lot of black-on-black porn. Far more than black women with white men. Old porn industry wisdom was that black-on-black was bad for business because it only appealed to black people. Either their content bucks the trend, their subscriber base is disproportionately black (not impossible) or they have a different business model. Bangbros was owned by a (mostly) globally accessible tube site giant before being sold to another (mostly) globally accessible tube site giant. It's not hard to think that audience is dictating what they're making.
Thanks, Lezzyist, that's definitely what I meant. I was being too unclear, my apologies.
Some of this might be true, some perhaps not. For example, in recent studies ~15% of Americans have experienced at least one incestual encounter, sadly. I don't know that such themes in porn reflect this kind of interest by its consumers -- probably not -- but just making the point. Personally, I don't like these themes in porn, or in my personal life (for example, if you like being called "daddy"in bed; that's simply not my thing and it'd weird me out).
My broader point is that, for whatever reasons, those who pay for porn -- likely typically white men with enough disposable income to do so -- are largely the ones dictating what companies end up making, at least broadly speaking. While some top scenes may buck some of this claim, it's likely that the bulk of their revenue is generated from that demographic. Just glancing at some stats online, while Black Americans have higher rates of pornography viewership (Race and Trends in Pornography Viewership, 1973-2016: Examining the Moderating Roles of Gender and R), they only comprise of ~14% of the US population and just ~5% of the wealth in the US. Given these disparities, even if black men consume more, it's likely that, per capita, white men purchase more, thereby generating more revenue. Honestly, I'm not sure why you wouldn't think this would be true of the world, given that many/most of the wealthiest nations are predominantly white*.
*I do want to quickly talk about one thing. In trying to do some research for this, I did find several poorly written articles that had few if any citations claiming that China, Japan, and Korea had bustling porn industries and ranked at/near the top in porn revenue. I have a hard time believing this. For one, porn is banned in China and is criminally punishable. But, second, none of these articles had any credible citations. So while I have no doubt there is porn in these countries, and it generates some amount of revenue, I do find it hard to believe that they generate the most revenue, especially if predominantly white countries like the US, UK, Germany, France, Russia, and Canada together produce ~50% of the world's pornography, with the only non-predominantly white countries appearing at 4th (Brazil, ~5%) and 9th (India, ~3%) without Japan, Korea, or even China appearing on the list, if it's accurate (15 countries that supply maximum pornography online).
Anyway, my point stands, that I think white male-dominated preferences tend to drive particularly Western porn production, if for no other reason than that's where a good portion of the revenue is generated. You'll always have smaller, niche companies, series, and whatnot for kinks, but it's unsurprising to me, then, that black performers, for as many as there are, often get overlooked when it comes to acclaim. There are very talented and beautiful black performers, ones that I enjoy (both female and male, for that matter), but when you take into consideration the preferences of the demographic driving much of the revenue, it's far clearer to me what is driving acclaim (to the detriment of some of these performers).

That list ranking countries for porn production doesn't seem at all accurate. Japan being MIA is nonsense. They're one of the largest porn producers in the world. That's despite the censorship and the fact it's among the most insular, with little concern given to selling to markets outside of their own. There's very little proper documentation on adult's financials, but there's at least some Statista charts that suggest the industry over there isn't much smaller than the U.S. one despite a notably smaller population. Not an exact apples-to-apples comparison, but I doubt modern print and physical home video in the U.S. account for a huge amount of revenue not covered by that.
A lot of countries do have bans on porn. However, most of that is directed towards restricting production and local distribution. You're not going to find many news stories about people getting arrested for watching it. You will occasionally find governments clamping down on local producers. That, in turn, pushes those audiences into watching porn produced elsewhere. Not understanding the language spoken isn't much of a barrier for this type of material. South Korea, for example, is one of the biggest international markets for Japanese porn. The reason being is that local production is legally restricted to softcore content. There's been a relatively recent increase in Chinese-language porn being produced in Taiwan. I don't think that country's population is large enough for that to be driven solely by locals.
India is a very interesting example because local production is banned and the government requires ISPs block most major porn sites. Yet, like I said before, you'll find non-Desi western porn stars promoting their content on social media with a "Chudai" tag to attract that part of the world. Johnny Sins has starred in local ads despite everything he's been in being illegal in that country. Clearly that part of the world is watching porn regardless of the government's desires. Even free VPNs aren't hard to come by.
You're correct in saying the audiences in those non-developed countries largely wouldn't be directly paying for porn. But that's true everywhere. What some companies can do is make money through ads/data collection on tube sites. Especially the ones that own both the production company and the tube sites. Many of those countries have massive populations. Some of them influence Hollywood films, so I don't see why they couldn't impact porn. I mean, wasn't a large part of Mia Khalifa's popularity driven by the Arab world watching her stuff on tube sites? She shot for Bangbros, which was owned by a tube site back then, too. That snowballed into the hijab porn trend. The most watched Brazzers' release last year was A Bollywood Tail. That's resulted in more South Asian women booking scenes across Aylo's sites than ever before. Admittedly, there's never been many in porn, so in totality, that number still isn't very high. It's cool to see that, but am I supposed to believe South Asian viewership has no role in that? Are there that many JD Vances? Just recently, Brazzers put out a Nigerian-themed equivalent to A Bollywood Tail (weirdly, they restrained themselves from naming it A Nollywood Tail). I'm not going to pretend I speak for anyone beyond myself, but I have never thought about watching porn centred around Nigerian culture in my life. If people do, maybe black women will get more work so as long as they're willing to attempt an accent.
(This post makes me wonder how popular a Desi-equivalent to Johnny Mexico would be.)
Global level is nonsensical in most of the world by number of countries , especially islamic , porn is illegal at least to produce , also we're talking consumers , those who actually pay for it , what a non paying viewer prefers doesn't matter ,for example if those paying buy vanilla but illegal downloaders prefer anal What do you think would shoot a producer? That who actually allows him to really earn money , not the number of likes on www.Illegal.whatever So actually the "global level" is basically the Western World with the USA having still 66% of the population white , 13% black and Europe 85% (assuming Arabic are brown otherwise it would be 92 to 95%), plus Japanese who aren't black either Those are the comsumers who actually drive the market
I concur , but I am a white guy and I like black women not all of them for example I don't like bit fat asses in any type of woman of whatever ethnicity and I prefer smaller tits , still there were hot black women aplenty , the problem is they don't get marketed nobody really invest on them and most were relegated to black on black porn , I did watch it sometimes but it's not my favorite flavor , I watch BM/WF porn because of the contrast that allows to see better , same with BW/WM , not so much black on black less of all some pseudo-Amateurish BoB porn with black lights , in IR porn you can see even with bad lights
I'm talking regular porn , I don't like that cuckold craze out there , with umiliation even , no thanks I pass
Heather Hunter was one of the hottest pornstar ever
I feel you man. For high production Black on Black stuff try watching All Black X or BLKTouch

The vehement denialism over tube sites influencing trends is amusing to me. Far, far, far more people are going to watch those clips or official full-scene uploads than pay $30/month for porn. This isn't 2007 anymore. The two largest tube sites in the world own production companies. One of them (Aylo) is the biggest producer of porn in the west. Possibly on the entire planet. Through verification, both of them have cracked down on piracy on those platforms substantially. They aren't illegitimate anymore. They are part of the industry and that's been the case for years. Eva Elfie made a name for herself through tube sites and that resulted in her showing up on Brazzers, Vixen, Team Skeet and others. She isn't the only one to do that, either. It's silly to me to think the audience on those platforms have no role in what's made.
Yes, large parts of the world ban local porn production and distribution. As I said, that just drives those audiences to watch material produced elsewhere. Mia Khalifa wouldn't have been as popular as she was in the Arab world if there was a local porn production industry. There would be no novelty to the Hijab porn thing. I don't think the (relative) rise in South Asian performers we've seen would be possible without the interest of South Asian countries (many of whom are known to be the bigger drivers of traffic to porn sites). Western performers even do the "Chudai" thing which is directly intended for Hindi-speaking audiences. You guys should tell them they're wasting their time.
^ If you produce porn and own a tubesite and either sell subscription , sell data obtained through free memberships or sell commercials is one thing , but if you only produce porn and such tubesite distributes your stuff for free is a completely different thing , if they pay them throgh number ov views download then I may concede some advantage but if they don't then the smaller companies just disappear which iincidentally is exactly what happened in the last few years. The value of porn is diminishing , there was a time when you had to buy single sites membership , now you can buy entire groups , five to ten sites are often available for the price of one and very often even less than that. Niche porn and especially the most extreme resisted more but then some members begun to share and such value diminished too. Pornstars are making more money through onlyfans, fansly and such but only because of their the dedicated fans , regular customers won't buy a single scene for $14 or more
So for the owners of those tubesites what people watch in there does matter but for those sites who live through memberships it doesn't count at all , all those downloading from tubesites aren't giving any revenue to them , what matters is what their paying members are downloading from their sites
^^ I don't have a fetish over black people I just don't pay attention over who is on the screen especially males , I seek for good looking girls based on my personal taste and the male performer must not be lesser than me , nor older

Exactly!! Porn is by and large consumed by white men. Interracial m, for example, is a category geared towards white men. It's not made for black people. When men don't think "interracial" every time they have sex. To them it's just sex. But the significance of interracial lies within the white consumer and their sexual tropes of blacks. Then there's the fact that black women are only popular in our culture if they're light skin. Even black men express their preferences for white girls or mixed. But in reverse, women are becoming more and more into black men. There's no widespread emphasis on them being mixed but instead on black men in general. Most men find dark black women unattractive, not all of course. I think Nia nacci or Kira noir are the darkest id go. Michelle Anderson too.

I think bangbros is for a brown or mixed audience. People who's aren't white. The term "white gkrl" is here for a reason. More and more of the pollution is not dummy white, thus Caucasian is almost a minority today. Shaved head is a big turn off and so is natural black hair. Some Mixed women or latinas have curly Exotoc hair which is great. It by and large black women can only grow Afros and it's ugly. Some men like this type but most men don't like purple pussy.

I wouldn't know I've never been with a dark skin girl
Exactly I seen him get a lot more work than black men in porn and they mostly do white women. Heck not just Blacked and Dogfart but on Brazzers, how funny 15 to 20 years ago browser feature less black men on that site and now you see him more than working with white women because they dishonor a lot of IR back in the day which IR fans find alternatives like Dogfart and Blacked.
^ I'm not sure who exactly is to blame about this, I mean I was involved on a "debate" on Blacked , either the thread here and the comments under the scenes there when they hired Kira Noir and Ana Foxx , some of us were pissed that Kira did not have a sexual role and that there were not enough black girls in there , well we were put aback by the most part of the other members and especially by the proclaimed black ones , they absolutely did not want any black girl in there , because it was an IR site ,we reply but a threesome with a white girl is still IR and so is a White Man Black Woman scene , well we were "strongly reminded" that to be called Interracial a scene must be between a Black Male and a White Female and that if they were to shoot the other way around they would cancel their membership because they subscribed to watch white women pounded by black males. Remember we're talking about two of the most gorgeous pornstars in the business either black or white combined and yet they said no way
In other words the worst enemies of female black talents were and are black men , no wonder they work less are paid less and have less opportunities to work when you add black men shunning them , white racist dismissing them both of then unsuscribing from sites the moment they see a black woman (or so some of them said) plus they are generally less wild than white women the most circus acts are made by the latter , black women are almost vanilla I can't remember a double anal from a black woman while some white starlets perform even triples not to mention something even more extreme
I don't care about circus so such lack of hot passionate black women really bother me
I rotate memberships , but I stayed for over two consecutive years with Dogfart even though I didn't like much their style when they started I Fuck Black Girls only to support more black women in the business , I meanin the end I didn't much but stiil I tried to help doing my part

That's how things have been on the biggest tube sites for years now. Pretty much all of the mainstream ones have given up on the anonymous uploading that enabled widespread piracy. That was promoted as a response to the non-consensual material and CSA controversies, but had the added benefit of basically ending content theft on those sites. You have to be a verified user or a partner to upload things on them now. That enables you to payouts based on viewership. Now, if you see pro-porn on there, it's from the studios themselves. Either promotional clips or full scenes, both monetized. Self-produced performers have admitted the per-view payout isn't much (porn isn't exactly advertiser friendly), but companies have more leverage than individuals and if you're grabbing millions of views, it's not zero either. This is especially true for the studios that share ownership with the tube sites as they're pocketing the biggest share of that money.
Submitting these two comments minutes a part is pretty funny. Porn is primarily consumed by white men (again, on a global level, mathematically impossible), but one of the biggest brands in the industry is for a "brown or mixed" audience? Interesting double think.
^ You say "porn" and I agree with you aside the white man stuff on a "global level", you know Asians are almost three billions just with China and India already and the World biggest producer is Japan , the "white stuff could go with paying customers of western porn due to disparity with means, but on a global scale? The whites , or better yet, combining the USA and the EU you'll have some 800,000,000 inhabitants even assuming they're all whites and all of them are porn consumers they're still just a fraction of the over 8 billion human beings on this planet.
Plus we're talking of niche porn , and niche consumers , no matter how big the niche is , it's still niche the most part of porn consumer don't watch it and if they do they do it on occasion not as joining members of devoted porn site , and even among those who are fetished with that niche porn not all of them like the same content , there are those who like passionate sex and those who like hard gangbangs.
For example I'm told that one of most followed footbal team are Dallas Cowboys , yet they do not represent all of Sports and there are sport passionate that only watch them when they confront their own favourite team . Consider also that there are Basket, Hockey, Baseball and so on. It doesn't matter how big Vixen media is, their IR content represent only that niche , hell even Vixen Media produces more non IR content considering all their sites (Blacked , Vixen, Tushy, Slayed , Milfy, Deeper and some Raw version of them) , So when we talk about IR we should limit ourselves to that topic and to that niche market.
All that I said was by my personal experience om the site and on this board and most of those who commented there and were against hiring black women said they were black , and the same happened on this very board , you can read them yourself , the scenes were issued in April-May 2017 when Blacked Hire Kira Noir as the Girlfriend of Mr M (Mandingo) in a non sexual part and when Ana Foxx did a lez scene with Kendra Sunderland
And I'm not even mentioning the comments over Dogfart when they published a cuckold scene with Ana Foxx cuckolding her watching black boyfriend with a white lover , go figure
Edit I wrote 800,000 instead of 800 million my bad
Pretty well said and I agree with you if you are talking USA and maybe Europe. Indian and China have approximately one third of the worlds population just in those two countries so if they are into porn that skews the stats and I have no idea what they prefer.
As a white male I never watch black male/white female porn but I do enjoy black female/white male if the female is a performer I like. I enjoy Nia Nacci, Scarlit Scandal, Nicole Bexley, Misty Stone, Sara Lace, Angel Kelly from back in the day and more of the lighter skin black females.
I think the powers that be greatly exaggerate the amount of white guys that enjoy watching black males with white females. The guys I know that watch porn are pretty much the same as I am regarding this topic.

I suspect that the white guys who are into black male/white female are among the top buyers, up there with the incest porn spenders (I am sure there is a ton of crossover there). I don't think it's that the powers-that-be think most white guys are into that; it's probably just that a large percentage of people who are into BM/WF go the full mile of actually paying for it. My main niche is skewed in a similar way. It's not that EVERYBODY who wants to watch two women have sex is into incest/pdf-file stuff; it's just that people who are into that actually pay for content more often, so that kind of thing is what gets a ton of emphasis.
The various populations and such end up not mattering too much, because those demographics don't show up too often in terms of dollar signs.
If I could convince more black people, and lesbians, and black lesbians to buy porn, I'd have way more options for my particular interests lol
Do you guys remember the parody craze of not some many years ago? And the booming Sweet Sinner issues of that exact time They were the top search everywhere , top selling , top charts , top downloaded , much more than today does IR , and why was that?
We discussed it on this board , a lot, mostly people complaining it was just vanilla and then at one point the light took away the shadow , it was very probably exactly that , the most part of porn consumers aren't niche and when they find something that match their taste with good looking men and stunning ladies they buy it.
Today DVDs are just collections of scenes from sites at a lower resolution , not very appealing for the general public compared to fully acted movies with a plot and I'm convinced that was what the vast majority of porn consumers (i.e. white buyers ) wanted
So the issue over who really buy IR porn still stands
I'm black and I do buy porn mostly IR (BM/WF) and non IR (Brazzers, Scores or N.A) and I understand what you're talking about and stuff. But the problem with black people by in porn because it's mostly made by white men or the directors, but not a lot of the black continent, creators or black directors. Anyone remember FUBA back in the late 90's when they created merchandise for black people, (my uncle wore FUBA lot) and maybe if we get more Black people to create porn for black customers then they'll be great.
Unfortunately, it's called demand and more people will buy IR and the more it will be made. In the last 10 years the 3 most popular genre in porn are IR (BM/WF) Anal, and I don't know what's the third one but I know what it is.

That was definitely not called FUBA lmao. For Us By US.
As far as more black performers and etc production positions, another thing I was getting at was that black folk mostly don't have the $$$ relative to the main buying demo. Black folk aren't going to do much of the producing until they are doing a good bit of the buying.
You said demand but what I said was the lack of offer , such kind of vanilla porn isn't made any more not with the consistency it had anyway and surely not with the quality it had , Digital Playground could spend millions for a production like Pirates for example but that was the last , piracy destroyed their market , you can cover the costs and still earn if your feature movie costs say $ 20.000 , but when you invest millions?. Those kind of movies were high in demand and there was a vast offer of them, today they are very few , the demand is still there but the money is not
There were some black owned porn producers (Blackburn, Third Degree , WCP and some others) but they closed , the explosion of tubesites and high speed internet forced them to close They produced good quality porn of every kind , Black on Black, feature , IR , self producing black directors often way better than the usual white produced IR, they're all gone
And that is the problem , where are they customers gone? I'm assuming that most buyers of Black on Black porn were also black , I don't believe that many whites did that (I did , but then again I was interested in girls , didn't and still don't give a fuck who the male talent is) Blacked covered (and surpassed with quality) the kind of porn they made plus Vixen Media could hire the talents most in demand that the Black Owned company could not , they hired hot girls of any race but not as worldwide famous as Blacked
