As I've said before the answer to the residual problem in porn is for there to be a tube site or two that allows for fan performer/producer tipping/tribute. It's frustrating because the technology and media platform is all in place for this two happen. You don't need a balance of tube viewers to pay, it just has to be a small percentage that will make all the difference in the world, add to that incentives that performers and producers could conjure up up and I think you'll have a few people paying. ^I'd imagine that some of the male performers who refuse are concerned about their image. Regardless of what they may do offscreen, when they're shooting they are careful about how they are perceived. Also, we know from pornstars that even when it is shot rimming doesn't always make the final cut. The same may be true of fingering. Even if Mike were to allow the latter in one of his scenes he would almost certainly cut it and perhaps he'd ask his costar to not mention that they shot it.
That's cool, the most important thing is that you are happy in what you do. It was certainly not meant as a criticism of you as I am a huge fan. You just generally have expectations of certain directors and Mike's scenes tend to be a bit dirtier and sloppier and that's what I personally am looking for when I watch his stuff.
