The issue is that they use Jean Val Jean in nearly every scene these days and he can't seem to fuck a girl in the ass doggy style without climbing all over her and completely covering her body. I really have no desire to look at Jean's man ass but it's totally in the way of Lana's beautiful body. The only decent bit of doggy anal in all 5 scenes was a small section in the Manuel scene.
