Also if I wanted to find someone to spank or spank me some groups do allow "personal ad" type posts or threads. I have met a couple people from there but not for sex. It was simply because they had befriended me,corosponded with me, got to "know" me. They knew they would be in my area and stopped to meet with me for lunch or see the shop.
