Out of his most recent series, this one is the weakest imo. The first one had a decent cast albeit he played it safe with known performers and not many first timers but I didnt like how he kept finishing almost every scene with missionary and the eventual ball suck to facial. Anal movies need more finishing on or in the butt imo. Also, Maddy O'Reily, the thickest girl in that cast, was the only one able to take him without wincing and squirming(aka the dead fish on a pole) or go at a snail's pace. In this new lineup, he has thicker chicks and two girls that can anally lay the pipe(Anissa and Kagney) so I expect more energy in this one.
With that said about the cast, I think a Lex Tours the World series would be cool where his cast are all international performers: European, Latina, Asian, Hispanic, et al

I didnt mean literally tour the world but simply feature a cast with all international performers like Anissa Kate, Franceska Jaimes, Rose Monroe, Abella Danger, Mercedes Carrera, Mia Lelani, London Keyes, Bridgette B, Phoenix Marie, Harmony Reigns, Morgan Lee, Sovereign Syre, Valentina Nappi, etc. I think Lex has the clout where the females have to come to him to shoot(unless you're Esperanza Gomez)

Again, taking everything so literal. I meant Lex's status as a performer should aid greatly in possible rare pairings with the likes of Franceska or Esperanza. I see you manage his finances but I already ceded to the fact that I meant for him to book international girls when they are shooting in the states. And my theme isnt simply unknown international stars but basically girls of different nationalities that aren't full blooded Americans.
I will agree that my initial list was rather weak but I was improvising on a whim. A more appropriate cast that would fit this series would be something like:

I love the dialogue that goes on here, some good stuff is covered. But I stand firm in the fact Lex is at a disadvantage. Being a black man and having strong ownership and his name representing the quintessential performer in porn history girls and their agents will use this to get higher rates. Listen, no one's going to be crying tears for Lex. Agents and girls will always hold up directors who want to shoot IR/Anal/DP's etc. It's going to get worse before it get's better but it's up to the directors to overcome it. Thanks goodness for people Mime who have sense enough to overcome it. L.T. when he was with Elegant was certainly able to overcome it too. I guess he was more concerned with taking his production budget and using to pay the girls and NOT lining his pocket. I guess that's why we saw and continue to see the constant retreads and other girls who were easy to cas in Lex's productions.

Again, taking everything so literal. I meant Lex's status as a performer should aid greatly in possible rare pairings with the likes of Franceska or Esperanza. I see you manage his finances but I already ceded to the fact that I meant for him to book international girls when they are shooting in the states. And my theme isnt simply unknown international stars but basically girls of different nationalities that aren't full blooded Americans.

I love the dialogue that goes on here, some good stuff is covered. But I stand firm in the fact Lex is at a disadvantage. Being a black man and having strong ownership and his name representing the quintessential performer in porn history girls and their agents will use this to get higher rates. LT, Rico Strong along with sites like blacked.com, DarkX and Brazzers have huge financial backing and they make whatever scenes they want happen. The same goes for Manuel Ferrari, Rocco, Jules Jordan Criss Strokes and the like. They get the top white, black, international performer no problem. I heard girls complain about Lex size yet I see them take Brazzers Danny Dong balls deep in their ass with no complaints. I by bo means have the answers but the fact so many top girls have not worked with him has me convinced there are other factors involved.

Listen, no one's going to be crying tears for Lex. Agents and girls will always hold up directors who want to shoot IR/Anal/DP's etc. It's going to get worse before it get's better but it's up to the directors to overcome it. Thanks goodness for people Mime who have sense enough to overcome it. L.T. when he was with Elegant was certainly able to overcome it too. I guess he was more concerned with taking his production budget and using to pay the girls and NOT lining his pocket. I guess that's why we saw and continue to see the constant retreads and other girls who were easy to cas in Lex's productions.

Only Manuel Ferrara and Mike Adriano are successfully carrying signatures series over a 3-4 year window and Lex has done that for most of his career. Yet they get "all" the best talent. None of us here are insiders, we read twitter accounts and other vaugue infomation but we have no idea how it works to get the talent. Suffice to say a girl only boasts her status working with a Lexington Steele yet still roadblocks? Now this could be Lex's fault but that would not make logical sense. As much as I would love to see Lex impale Ava Addams Jesse Jane Devon or Alexis Texas I realize why it most likely will never happen. Listen, I don't need Lex's side of the story. I know that Lex wants to pay what he wants to pay for female talent and the world doesn't work that way. These girls and their agents are not not shooting with Lex because he's a Black director. If they were I would be here calling each and every one of them out. The only complaint is that he didnt make the jump sooner once his projects with Anabolic and Mercenary went under. Retreads or not, comparing his casts from his final years at JJV and his Evil stint have been a strong 180 from his mid 00's era. There's no more one time amateur jump up that gives a "you get what you pay for" performance type scenes.
I think the 'retread' can work if you get an A-List cast for the movie. All the top performers and call it something like "Lex's All Stars". An example cast would be something like: Anikka Albrite, Jada Stevens, Riley Reid, Nikki Benz, Julia Ann, Veronica Avluv....et al. And it would help if some of these were BGG scenes because there's only so many B/G scenes you can make with the same pairing.
Doing first time scenes should be a bigger priority, because in this age, it's all about cracking fresh faces. We know he's not going to get the usual crowd involving Alexis Texas, Rachell Starr, Jesse Jane, Audrey Bitoni, Nicole Aniston, and so on but there are others out there like Peta Jensen, Cassidy Banks, Destiny Dixon, Ashley Fires, Isabella De Santos, Abby Lee Brazil, etc that would steal all the headlines if he landed them first.
Also, Manuel and Mick have reverse gangbang movies, I wonder has Lex ever thought about that too. Having 4-5 of the hottest girls, like Teanna Trump, Abella Danger, Keisha Grey, Kelsi Monroe, and Morgan Lee at the same time.

The conversation was regarding issues Black directors have casting. I specifically said that Mime and L.T. Don't seem to have that issue. Last I checked he did a showcase with Ryan Conner with anikka Albrite in it ande before that the only IR availble from Dani Jensen and Sara Luvv , now in is next issue he has Kagney Linn Karter and Bethany Benz (back performing) and French Anissa Kate.
