Definitely, not a cameo as her character pops in and out throughout the film. Personally, I would have loved to see her in more scenes but there are so many cameos with cult favorites from the 70s to now, that it wasn't possible. If you are a Lexi fan ( I kinda figure you are… ), you'll love the scenes she's in and you'll wish she was in more. By the way, Kayden Kross and Zoey Monroe also had significant screen time in this film and they did quite well in their roles as well. Charlotte Stokely and Rachel Roxxx are in one dream sequence that was very good. Finally, in a complete surprise to me, Misty Stone has a cameo as a love interest and she does not disappoint.
