Barron Bercovichy's 1974 adult film Lialeh is headed to Blu-ray from Dark Force Entertainment. The film features a soundtrack by Bernard Purdie. It is supposed to have a September release date, but anyone familiar with Dark Force knows it may be months upon months before its arrival.

Wow, that's really neat. A terrible film and, shockingly, a terrible soundtrack imo. But something of an important historical moment so I am glad it is being released and will likely grab a copy. Jennifer C. Nash has a chapter about the film in her brilliant book, The Black Body in Ecstasy.

Flash, do you know the name of this replicator, two other studios have made complaints about a particular replicator and named them. I'm curious to know if it's the same one and why small indy labels use that replicator. Does Sony or Sonopress demand a high volume or this replicator offer cheaper price.
