@ Lezzyist: Actually, most boob jobs and procedures seem to come from the performers wanting them done rather than 'pressure' from people around them. Unless you mean the societal influence from celebrities, other sex workers, social media influencers etc... Of course, that could be a factor. But there still has to be a desire from the performer to have the procedure, especially given how serious the risks of an unsuccessful operation can be. Which a competent surgeon/GP would explain to the patient beforehand, if they didn't already know.

Always feet n ass. In that order.

I would like to know what is driving what I call the 'Barbie/Doll' like look in porn because I feel like a number of people are trying to aim for that particular appearance via surgery. From Sinn Sage to India Summer, From Emily Willis to Gianna Dior, from Riley Reid to Abella Danger, Karlee Grey to Karla Kush - the list of adult performers who are able to make magic without needing alot of adjustments is incredible!!! I'm not knocking those who get work done, just pointing out that you can be just as successful without needing to permanently change things within the doctor's office.

Yeah i will repeat what another poster said, Keep the face natural but go to town when it comes to the tits. Has long has the tits look good i don't mind. It seem fake tits from back in the day were better done the age of Jenna & Carmen etc.

More and more girls are getting work done. From what I hear is girls get together and they like the way others look so they are tempted to go get work done and then most of them do. Now Im not going to criticize any girl for getting work done. I dont think nobody should. Its not our place to say what a girl should do with her body. Can we be disappointed? Yes. We have a right to feel a certain way. But dont go out of our way to express it especially in a negative way. It only does more harm while making us look like a jerk.

Also we have to take into account these girls get work done for other reasons too. Could be a self-esteem thing. Could be a mental disorder thing. Like Ive heard girls talk about body dismorphia. Like some real serious issues. And I wont go into any names but yeah some of these girls even say they regret getting work done. Not just work done but also tattoos. So we dont know alot of the underlying reasons a girl just one day wake up and decide to get a boob job or a tattoo etc...

For me I just truly appreciate a female regardless. I think a female is beautiful in their own right. I will never complain about big boobs or juicy lips. Especially if the female know how to make it look sexy. I mean if anyone is turned off by a female making her fake boobs look hot then I dont know whats wrong with you.

I feel like every adult performer who is considering a boob job should consider this line from Kitty Chow in her interview with Captain Jack: 'Actually, they're not. I had them specifically get them under the breast plate so that they would look more natural.' Key phrase there, going under the breast plate and aiming for a natural look. There's a number of performers who are brilliant with this like Alexis Fawx for example or Brandi Love or Kendra Lust. All great examples of breast augmentations that fit their bodies perfectly instead of looking like rocks attached on either side of the sternum.
