I've always thought that a way to get around the censors would be to start a group of ass to mouth vids where the theme was anal sex with no enemas before-hand. Furthermore, putting any Dirty A2M in a behind the scenes section would take the risk from 1% to 0%, because it would automatically fail the "appeals to the prurient interest" standard of the Supreme Court's Miller case. Simply put, a documentary can really never be considered obscene, and that is exactly what a behind the scenes section is. Documentaries inherently incorporate political speech and are thus protected. To declare a documentary obscene would be to jeopardize documentaries on Iraq that show people being injured or killed, or documentaries on geriatric patients that show nurses helping them to go to the bathroom. By putting something in the behind the scenes section, the director is changing the legal "purpose" of the material from prurient "jack-off" material to political "this is what goes on in a porn shoot" material.
Simply put, if some over-zealous prosecutor ever tried to come after someone for "unintentional" actions while filming, especially if in a behind the scenes section, the ACLU and every other First Ammendment organization in the country would leap to the pornographer's aid (and no court or jury would convict) because conviction would threaten huge amounts of political speech in our society. It is for this reason that prosecutors have totally left alone the huge numbers of "unintentional" dirty A2M scenes that have already been highlighted on this board. The reason there haven't been any prosecutions (even when, such as in Little White Slave Girls #3, they show someone shitting and focus closely on the shit itself in the BTS section) is that this material doesn't fit the prurient standard and is political/artistic speach protected by the constitution.
Second, if the last 20 years of enforcement show anything, it is that the authorities are far, FAR more concerned about movies depicting overly young performers or performers being "forced" into doing things, then they are about consenting adults doing things.
