Can anyone tell me what the usual processing times are for their orders?

I placed an order on 24 Feb (sunday). After 5 full working days and one saturday the website still says "unshipped". Have I been waiting too long or am I just an impatient git?

Usually after about 3 working days (when the money is taken from my account) I expect them to ship.

Well its Gamelink. Every other aspect of their handling is brilliant. Last year before Xmas they shipped after about 3 working days (which I though was good).

Over Xmas they were slightely slower but that's understandable.

But now an order at the end of Feb is taking a week to process. Is this the standard time compared to other companies?

I haven't ordered from them, but have you tried emailing them (in a polite way, of course) to ask what's up?

It might be they're waiting on stock of one of your titles before they ship it out, so there's no backorders, or anything.

Yeah - I'll have to email them I guess. Its just this isn't the first time I've had to email them! I get fed up having to keep emailing them and shouldn't have to keep doing it!

Well this is just bloody typical!

Good news - my order has arrived!

Bad news - there was a dvd missing!

Looks like I'm going to have to email them once again!!!
If they come back saying that they can't/are not going to do anything about it, then i'm switching companies.

Does anyone have some humble pie? If so, I would like a large slice.

The second DVD arrived today so I'm happy. It just seemed strange that they didn't send the two dvds in one envelope (like they usually do) so I jumped to teh wrong conclusion.
