I generally don't like to whine and, although I'm no wealthy fella, whenever I find myself in these kind of troubles I usually put the matter at rest at my expenses, mostly because I don't like to smash repeatedly my head against a wall, and also because it is pretty pointless to try and speak to deaf ears. As it takes two to tango, it takes two to dialog and two to sort shipping problems out, and if the other part is simply not answering mails or simply not giving any explanation, well, it's tough to sort things out.
I've been a customer of Jaded Video for two years and, although I've read other people's complaints on newsgroups, I've never experienced any problem.
Now a shipment is lost and their only and final comment has been "Your order has been completed. We hope your situation may come to closure soon".
I asked them to check if they had shipped that package (I've made four different orders last month) to the correct address and if they were sure to have shipped it to begin with. No reply. Two or three times.
I tried to re-order the titles, but their checkout page is, once again, a sad mess. I wrote them two times to ask them to replace the order charging me again, giving them credit card details and all, but again, no answer.
Did they understand that I'm not trying to sell them a used car or a hover? That there's no trick?
How can a company treat recurring customers like that, and still be in business?
