buy buy (and anyone else) - most email addresses that i have not previously approved have their mail to me sent to my spam folder. However, I check my spam folder at least every day, if not a few times each day.
Glenn74: if you've tried contacting the studio and had no reply, you could try the store where you bought the discs. They might take them for exchange, or maybe they would contact their distributor to find out what the situation is.
I had my Anabolic disc of Nice Rack #6 go bad, and fail to play at all. In the end I just threw it in the bin, and chalked it up to bad luck. At least Evil Angel were good enough to swap discs.
Also, if you want to discuss Anabolic disc problems, it should probably go into a new thread.
Forgive me if this has already been mentioned because I haven't read every post in this thread. I think some Wicked titles suffer from a similar problem because I'm unable to access the second half of either The Wicked One or Jenna's Revenge . Again, I assume this to be a problem with the second layer.
I didn't actually watch these movies at the time of purchase (between two and three years ago) so can't say for sure whether they've deteriorated or been defective from day one. Of course, the retailer that I used - never the most customer friendly - isn't going to be interested after this long so I'm hoping Wicked will be able to help. Does anyone have a suitable email address for them? I've emailed Daniel direct but have a feeling he's now left the company.
FYI: I'm afraid you don't want to here this but i also own the two Jenna titles you've mentioned before and they still work fine here (checked it on three different DVD-Players). I also bought them a few years ago.
I was just wondering if there's any way I can get my dvds replaced. I have about a dozen from the replicating plant that's had problems, and I've had problems with these dvds myself. thanks.
I haven't gone through all the messeges, but I have about a dozen Evil Angel DVDs from early 2001 to about mid 2003 that won't play now. The last Evil Angel DVD I bought was in 2003, I think, or mid 2004, I don't remember buying any afer. And I have no idea why I can't them to play. It seems to be random titles, including one or two that were already replaced.
I even inspected the DVDs for scratches or whatnot, and it looked like nothing that would mess with playback was evident. I just come across a title that won't play every now and then, and it kinda sucks.
Can I expect most, if not all, Evil Angel DVDs not to play in few a years?
I guess I will read through the thread soon and see if my post is even relevent. But the title of the thread had me looking, since this seems to be my problem.
Edit to add: Yeah, this is an old topic, and I read through many replies. Goes to show what can be missed and overlooked when you ain't here for a couple of years. But since all of my EA DVDs are from before 2004, should I be worried that they will not play soon, if not already?

No. Tricia can tell you how to identify the ones that are bad. They all came from the same replicator who can be identified by a portion of the code around the hub of the disc. Send her an e-mail.
Hello Tricia, Sorry if it is a kind of a topic revival(last post of this thread was 2007) . I have Face Dance Obsession that i bought from FiveStarDVD and it doesn't play anymore past chapter 26 (maybe due to layer change). In fact this problem occured a couple years ago but i didn't know what to do then. I don't have time to check all my evil angels titles now (too many titles)so i hope it is the only one damaged Since i have well over 200 titles from EA it would take me a lot of time to go through them and i am not even thinking about doing a backup... I ll try to contact you at the aol mail that appears in this thread. Thank you, Joe PS : I 'll check what other EA titles i have start with ID Code DDVD but if they still work should i send them back to you too? PS bis : Since it is 2009 and soon 2010, i would not mind too much getting DivX versions from this movies from your V.O.D catalog providing it retains all bonuses from their DVD counterparts as well as their HQ picture quality and of course no crappy DRM or proprietary player... Hi , I have been trying to contact Tricia on Myspace and at triciadevereaux@aol.com apparently without success. Can someone help me to reach her about the DVD problem i encounter. Maybe her spam filter doesn't let my hotmail email through. Thanks Joe
This will be my last grunt, I swear! I have never received any news from the company Evil Angel about my problem. I do hope they release Gang Bangs II one day for this will be the next and last DVD or Blu-ray i'll buy from this company! Goodbye Evil Angel
