Assuming that you don't have industry credentials, how will you show yourself to be safe and trustworthy?
Will you a sign a document agreeing not to publish or mention her legal name in the content without her explicit permission?
What is the intended distribution model for the content? Internet via paysite, VOD ,etc? DVD or physical media? For personal use only?
If it is for personal use only, would you sign a document for her agreeing in no uncertain terms that you will not "leak" the content or otherwise violate the personal use agreement, under penalty of legal action?
