This is a shot in the dark, but I'm looking for a scene from a movie that was shown on the Spice channel sometime in the late 90s (probably between 97-99). It was set in an office and featured a blonde woman who might have been Jill Kelly, or at least looked somewhat like her - curly blonde hair worn down. She was having sex with a dark-haired guy, mostly on a desk. I remember this exchange in particular from the beginning of the scene, when he's seated behind the desk and she's standing and talking to him for a while:
Woman: I know how you operate.
Man: Well if you know how I operate, what are you doing standing there with your clothes on?
Woman: I don't know! (Sex)
There was some cheesy music throughout with a lot of synthesized brass. I remember that she blows him for a while, he eats her while she's lying on the desk with her head hanging off the side, then they do missionary and doggie style. Since this was on cable they didn't show the cumshot.
I think this scene was proceeded by a girl-girl scene that involved a strapon.
