If you are into lesbian porn than take a look at the Pin Up series from Girlfriends films. Rocco Seffredi did a couple of western style porn movies. They weren't filmed in English but they were dubbed so at least you'll understand the dialogue.

For 1950s era features there was "Bobby Sox", which had a bit of an edge to it.
There was a Jenna Jameson Wicked movie called "Priceless" where Peter North was a private detective which had a film noire type feel to it.
Bluebird has done some good features set in the 1930s, 1940s and 1950s. They did their own version of the LA Confidential movie called "Inside Story" starring Linsey Dawn Mackenzie. They also have their Muder Mystery Weekend series of movies that may fit he bill.

That's what I was wondering. I don't wanna go dig out all my research only to find that OP doesn't want anything but 21st century.
Recent stuff, aside from the Bluebird flicks, there is Sex City (which is like Sin City -- there are two Sin City porn flick, and I can't remember what the other one is called...).
There are many porn flicks that could be classified as "noir" but are not period pieces, such as Cry Wolf.

There isn't much for westerns, and even less if you are looking for current ones. There were a bunch of ones back in the 70s that were pretty gritty. But not much these days.
