It's just not the same to watch videos of actresses who have long left the business. I really like actresses like Sarah Twain, Suzie Diamond, Ashley Long, Angel Dark, Faith Leon, Michaela Sabatini and others. Black or brunette hair is a bonus, also being relatively tall (1m75 and more) and of the androgynous, sporty type. I prefer slightly "hard" or "bad girl" faces like the late Sarah Twain, nobody too cute please ;-) Also gonzo-style is preferred over feature appearances.
