The only one I can think of off the top of my head is Robert Collins, from Titan's Laid Up. He's the stunning black guy on the cover:
He has 2 scenes in Laid Up, each with white guys, and he's the top if both scenes. I'm not sure if I'd recommend Laid Up to a first timer, though. While Robert's scenes are fairly vanilla, some of the other stuff in that flick is rather strange. You can read Touchdown Tony's review here.
If you are looking for all-black porn, you might want to check out a studio called Bacchus. Go to the ADT advanced price search and click on Category Black and Studio Bacchus. You should get a good number of hits. I'm not sure which of these have goatee'd men, but I'm sure some do. These will be quite a bit cheaper than Laid Up, but then again, you get what you pay for. (Bacchus has been known as a company that spits out rather crappy movies.)
Well, to be honest, I have it on VHS, which is a format I dispise so much, that I don't think I've given the flick a completely and thorough viewing yet. From what I've seen, it looks like it's certainly not one of Titan's best efforts, but it seems to have it's moments. Both of Robert's scenes look good, though.
Now that I think about it, there's probably a million videos I'd recommend before this one for a first timer. But the whole "bald black guy with a goatee" does narrow down your choices quite a bit. If you can find somewhere to rent it, that might be your best bet.
It's pretty hardcore.....there's a scene where I believe it's the guy with the eye patch slides a long silver rod down the shaft of his dick! It's pretty wild and not too pretty...unless you're into that.....
I myself like black and interracial, but I have not had good luck in finding any that is well-done. BLACK SWEAT is the best I've found on DVD, and it's cheap (I found it for $20), but since it's from 1987 it has its quality problems. TJ Swann is muscular and bald, but I can't remember if he had a goatee. If you think you might like Blatino, I hear PAROLE OFFICER PEREZ is pretty good (one of the few Latino Fan Club videos on DVD), but it's all oral except for one scene. LFC definitely has a style that takes some getting used to.

The sad truth is that there isn't a lot of good gay porn relative to the amount of gay porn out there. And worse, porn targeted specifically at gay minority groups, the Interracial, Black & Latino audiences, tends to be even worse.
Those few producers/directors who do offer fairly consistent quality most often stay within their own niche (Bel Ami (Duroy), Eastern Euro twinks & very vanilla sex; High Octane (Handsome); Eastern Euro muscle hunks & very vanilla sex; Titan Media (Cam, et al), older guys & very hardcore sex; etc).
My best advice would be to start with the master: Kristen Bjorn. One of his early works - Caribbean Beat - is very good and, although its models are all Latino, has the most racial diversity of any of his titles, including ethnic Latinos who are racially Caucasian and Black (and everything in between). Others of Bjorn's titles you might consider are an even earlier work - Island Fever - shot entirely in Brazil and featuring Brazil's multiracial diversity, and - Amazon Adventure - featuring a few Eastern Europeans mixed into a mostly ethnic Brazilian/Latino cast.
Sorry that all three are so expensive - Bjorn's videos are among the very few which justify the high cost of gay videos - he does a good job.
