Problem with twitter, unless they have selfies with tweet or something undeniably cohesive you can't tell who is actually doing the tweets. I hate to bring up my fave again, but if you read Viola Bailey's tweets they are in broken English, slightly written incorrectly and she has pics that are of her in her personal life. So in Lucie's case I think it's someone who is affiliated with her in some way, agent, company, etc. There is no reason to see tweets with a single character or anything without real dialogue.
