I don't know the law, but if forging medical documents are not a felony, they should be. He can delete his Twitter, but the industry should not be quick to forget. I don't think Marcus worked again after his issue. I don't know if he forged documents, but I think he and one of his main partners got booted from filming.
If Ramon had a standard STD, he should have been healed in days, why risk it for a paycheck that surely would be waiting days later...?
Sounds like it could be more serious than reported.

Right now it's one performers claims against another. I hope the studio that was shooting the scene can confirm what happened. I just don't see how they can allow him to put so many other performers in jeopardy.
True, but with how male-dominated the industry is, especially in the power positions (owners, producers, directors, agents) it's a lot easier and more common for young women to be taken advantage.
Women have only become prominent in these roles over the past 5-7 years but there's still a large discrepancy.
Think of all the 18-22 year old girls that come into the industry that are simply not fully-fledged adults mentally and maturity wise. It's a breeding ground for unprofessional behavior and worse.

I brought up Marcus, because I thought it was relevant. Until we have confirmation or know more about Ramon, I think the Marcus comparison is warranted. Situations may not be a 100% but the foundation is forging documents.
The industry should act swift and respond with force. The integrity of the business depends on it.
^ I said we were going off topic because The Coaster Justin's response and mine to his were talking more about Mr. Marcus's career suicide instead of drawing parallels to Ramon. I saw where you were coming from originally and totally agree that the comparison was fair and that violating trust between performers should be dealt with harshly.
I don't see anything 'odd' about it. The posts I directed that to heavily implied that it's only males that can be a problem in this industry. It's good to point out a balanced perspective because that is the reality we live in.
Just like how you come into almost every allegation thread and ensure that women are vilified. He should be banned. There is no excuse for treating anyone that way, especially in a financial transaction or professional setting. If there is a posted or published rules that Directors go to the front of the line, he could still ask nicely. I'm not in the industry, but I have my blood drawn twice a year and it takes seconds, I can't imagine the process would be any longer for performers.
Last, the perception or belief that anyone would act or behave better because of there good looks is silly. Well behaved people are few and far between and when you do find them, they are either being fake, or not what most would consider classically attractive.
Ramon clearly stepped out of bounds and if he's not held fully accountable, the industry will collapse.
When I bought my first new car, the salesman talked all kinds of crazy to me post sale. The terms of the sale allowed me pay 85% up front and pay the remaining 15% in 14 days. 7 days into the 14 day period, the guy started calling me twice and day and threatening me of what would happen if I didn't pay on time. I told him if he didn't stop harassing me, I wouldn't pay and if anyone came to my property, they would be shot on site. I got a call from the sales manager apologizing and he made the statement, "If we could just get rid of salesman like him, out reputation would be much better". When it was clear, the salesman was not let call, I called bullshit. told the bank to hold payment and long story short, they waived the 15% in lieu of my silence.
In the end, someone always has to pay, just make sure if you are in the right, it's not you.
Replace the words "men" and "pussy" with "people" and "things in life" respectively and you'll have your answer. Greed often gets the better of people who have plenty of something already and will throw respect and scruples out the window to get more.

Funny you mention that, I was going to ask if they were married, because I heard they were, but when I looked about a year ago, there wasn't much detail about the two of them being together.
At the same, when I heard they got married, I don't think he had been in the industry long, so I was suspicious of the circumstances.
Not cool at all. Ember Snow is my sweetheart and I'd hate to think he faked a test before working with her for HardX. If the allegations are true, he should be kicked out of the industry, but we know that won't happen. Just look at all the other male performers who've survived scandals.

Nikki had a Brazzers thing? Only issue I heard of was what ever went down with Lisa Ann, but maybe they were two in the same. Also, I don't think you get kicked out of the industry, it's more of a black balling.
Not to derail the thread, but I think most fans recall the fallout when it was reported that Sheena Shaw had been having unprotected sex with John S. Her work dried up real quick, I think she did some lesbian work before retreating to her website and when new B/G content turned up there, I think everyone bailed on her.
After the issues AIM had, I though the current testing would be better, I think it should go digital. It needs to be an online portal, that only select people have access to, that way it can't be faked. Or they could use a phone app, that uses some form of 3rd parting verification to ensure whatever result talent has on their digital phone profile is accurate, correct, and up to date.
If they can do it for the Covid vaccine they can do it for porn.

Mr. Marcus wouldn't be touched with a 10 foot pole because of knowingly hiding his positive test result for syphilis. Louie Smalls was given the boot from Vixen Media Group after really unworthy conduct on his part toward other performers and other sex workers. Having tried to work with Bella Rolland when he had symptoms of the clap and attempted to pass off a 14-day negative test result regardless will likely limit his prospects with other female performers who are aware of this transgression. Clover's violent behaviour, particularly beating up Morgan Lee, probably won't see him being welcomed back by a lot of studios. Ryan Madison has apparently appeared in a lot fewer scenes on his Porn Fidelity/Teen Fidelity/5K Porn sites since so many women came forward with allegations of rape and sexual assault.
IIRC, he was the male talent in the scene that caused the trouble, yes.

It was a couple years before I even saw pictures of people with Marcus and from what I recall, it was only other black performers, probably retired as well. I never heard anything about Lou Small, but clearly he is the second coming of Maxxx Black. I've never heard of Clover, but any man that would put hands on a woman is a bitch, because they know another man would crack that back. I think I know who Ry Mad is and I'm pretty sure he looks like a rapist.
The industry should have standards, but unfortunately too many people have issues of all kind. I can't get over how many females in BTS talk about how bad some other women smell. Assuming it's not crotch rot, women are just not bathing enough. That leads to bacteria and bacteria can lead to disease. When I was a teen, I worked in a restaurant and I could literally smell one waitresses pussy from about 10 feet away. I could never tell if she was high or drunk, but it was clear when she wasn't working, she was wasted and getting fucked.

If any of this is true, why is it that a veteran performer who gets booked regularly for the biggest studios is able to avoid getting tested positive and able to hoodwink the directors with old test papers? Considering his status and big performing schedule, this shouldn't be allowed to happen.
The alleged verbal abuse I can understand, but being infected is inexcusable.

When I was in High School a kid running for class president put his face on a Hundred Dollar Bill, He printed them and handed them out as campaign promotion. Within days the FBI and Treasury Department were swarming the school and interviewing people. It looked good, but clearly was not real money. That said, the art of forgery and counterfeits has been around for hundreds of years, it's just a whole lot easier now.
What's your anecdote about a waitress got to do with the porn industry?
With the BTS talk, I'm aware of some horror stories (Kimberly Kane's account of a performer who forgot to remove a sponge for days is horrific) but is that actually indicative of the industry lacking "standards" or just numerous individuals being neglectful in maintaining their personal hygiene? How often do you hear about women talk in BTS talk about how fresh and clean other women smell? Like lots of media, the nasty and unpleasant stories get far more airtime.
^ It makes you think of the many porn scenes we've loved probably had bad odour on set. Mainly the 10+ group scenes. They must smell like a neglected swamp.
