yeah I mean that's never happening... pretty sure at this point she either has ownership stake in the company or a lifetime contract... I remember her saying something about how they stuck with her through her accident/health issues and it's like her family who she'll never leave.
She even went to their offices in Canada a few times during her rehab and mentioned how long after her performing days are over she'll transition into directing/producing for them

Look, people can debate the IR thing to death, and in the end of course it's everyone's choice, but it is a choice. She could work with black people and still have an incredibly successful career. She chose this route, and it is what it is. But don't put it on anyone else.

I don't think anyone is saying she HAD to make it or anything like that, at least that's not how I interpret it.
Actually, I see it as the opposite. She didn't do it early in her career for whatever reason(s) and now she's reached a point in the industry where she doesn't have to do anything (IR, DAP, DP, etc.) that she doesn't want to do. So, of course it's a choice, now more than ever. I don't think anyone has said it isn't her choice. We're just saying her making the choice doesn't make her a racist.
In the past she has talked about always wanting to keep some sexual acts/things personal. That she can't make everything public and shared with the world. Obviously, working with black guys is one of those things. That's simply all there is to it.
