We like to concentrate all of our effort on the video and we don't like to waste energy in taking pictures, this is why we don't do it. Moreover I believe that frame grabs give a better representation of the real action, for this reason I always give EA a wide selection of the best frame grabs from the video and I have no idea why they don't use them on the website. I'm going to check with EA why they do so and if they can fix this problem.
