The $29.99 is for premium membership which gives a few extra perks. For example some performers have locked previews on some of their vids. So you cannot see any 20second preview. But you still can read the description. If you are $29.99 premium member you will have access to see even the locked previews. Another premium perk is you have direct messaging (DM) to ALL the performers, using manyvids DM system. Non-premium members get DM access to performer they make any purchase from. Any purchase means buy a vid, or subscribe mv club (like a fan club), give tips, fund me, paid votes in MV contest, etc. Anything that is money to the performer, you have DM access forever for that performer. Also Manyvids has a camgirl section for live stuff. The camgirl section requires tokens to get inside, like any typical camgirl service. With the premium $29.99 membership you get a few webcam tokens to start with.

Personal tips from my MV experience.
I have never purchased the $29.99 premium membership. Those perks are not worth it to me. There are very few locked preview vids, and the preview. If I want to DM someone, I'll just purchase a vid from them and that gives me DM access.

Look out for contests. The girls are competing for votes and winning contest is very competitive for some. Some of them will give you videos for votes. There are free votes and paid votes. For example a girl may say "give me $25 vote and I give you 4 videos as thank you." In many cases the 4 videos are any 4 you choose, regardless of the cost. So it is a way to get a big discount on videos. Also it gets you DM access.

Look for discounts. Some girls are constantly discounting prices $20% off 50% off, whatever. I think they do it to keep changing things to keep you coming back to check out their profile to see what's new.

Compared to clips4sale, manyvids is a better in: There is chance for discount prices on MV, but on C4S the prices are always unchanged. The previews are better/longer on MV.

As for the contest. Do I look under "contest" or do I look under the performers profile to see if I can vote for free or pay to vote? Like can you explain it to me more so I can know how to vote and go about getting discounts on videos if I vote? Thanks!

But the contests are not always happening. They may have a contest around holidays, or summertime swimsuit, or best BBW or some sort of theme, Valentine's day, whatever. There is Pajama Party contest happening this week, with 8hours voting period. Some bigger contests last for several days or a week and you can free vote every day (one free vote per performer per day day).

I ask because I purchased two g/g videos from Ember Snow store with Milana Ricci and they were so badly out of sync that I couldnt even enjoy them. I messaged her on twitter and on manyvids to make sure she gets it. Hopefully she will get back with me with a solution. This happened to me before with Lily Cade when I purchased a video from her store but the video was badly out of sync. It played well throughout and then at the end it got out of sync a bit. She said on twitter there was nothing she could do to fix it. It wasnt a big deal as again the video played great for the majority of time it just was the last few minutes. In the case of Ember Snow two videos its extremely bad from the first second till the end of both videos. Hopefully she will be able to help me with this or else I wonder if I can go to manyvids themselves and see if they can help me with this issue.
