I am not 100% sure, but it sure looks like it is Marc Wallice in the BTS of Slutty White MILF Neighbors #2 and he is doing the directing. The director is listed as G. Berg. I had another reviewer check it out and says it is Marc Wallice for sure. Den
Well that's unfortunate and that's being kind if it is indeed him. It is crazy that he should be able to gain gameful employment in an industry he did a great job of shitting on but don't get me started.
Since you've already had a reviewer confirm it you probably don't need to but if you want to send a clear screen capture of his face to me I'll see if I can confirm.
By the way, Marc Wallice's real name is Marc Goldberg. This would explain the pseudonym. He has directed before for DVSX under a different variation of his name.
That's definitely him. I probably wouldn't have recognized him if Den hadn't started this thread. I'm glad that this title was just a rental. I guess that it's time to put all of TT Boy's companies (Evasive Angles, TT Boy Productions & Bubble Butt) on my "do not rent" list.
blowfish, We are not allowed to answer that question for legal reasons. However, if we were allowed to answer that question, we would tell you that he knowingly (or at least allegedly knowingly) provided false AIM tests while he knew that he was HIV positive. Of course, we're not allowed to tell you that, so you will have to use the search function to get more details. You might also try searching the Luke Ford archives for more details. That "story" is probably the best thing Luke ever did.
Holy shit. I knew that he was (allegedly) an IV drug user and engaged in other inherently risky behaviors, but I didn't know about the (alleged) fake AIM tests. That is so fucked up. OMG.
Marc Wallice had a test. But the details of the paper showed that the results were that of a female. No one noticed until it was too late, because he had been in the business so long that people trusted him. I have no idea of why TT employs Marc. When they were both performers, TT did not care for Marc. The female performer he infected in the anal gang bang was someone who would request to work with him during her career.
For some reason there's a lot of people who think Marc was wrongly persecuted, etc., and don't think he really faked the tests. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't Darren James become HIV+ after a TT Boy shoot in Brazil a couple years ago? You are correct about Darren James. However, Darren got tested regularly, never faked a test (to my knowledge), and took the appropriate actions when he found out that he was HIV+. This makes a huge difference to me. I never blamed TT Boy or Darren James for the most recent outbreak. Based on what I know (and I admit that I am not an insider), what happened to them could have happened to any number of the companies that shoot in South America. Please correct me and inform us if you know more than I do.
Darren looked to play by the rules with it, but from what I understood TT Boy insisted that it would be a no-condom shoot in an area that's one of the worst in the world for HIV rates as well as one where the test results aren't the most reliable. To me that's highly unethical for TT and unintelligent for Darren, and yes, it could happen to most any company who shoots in South America and Brazil especially. Thanks astro, I was unaware of your first sentence. That's certainly not good, although not as bad as Wallice's actions in my opinion. I still stand by my sentence, "I wouldn't appear in a movie that he (Wallice) directed." Edited by - Walter on 7/6/2008 12:36:16 AM
Jeff, Here is the IAFD listing for the movie: Xtreme Measures Here is a related ADT thread that a search returned: Marc Wallice directing thread. That thread also references and links to another thread. Does this have all the information you need? If not, could you please be more specific so I can better assist you?
That's good enough; we moved the Marc Gold credit over to Wallace. I guess I read the thread to mean he's been more active that he actually seems to be...
Didn't the adult industry also take Jack Venice back? With Wallice also it shows the adult industry has not a lot of moral values and they only care about $$$

The 'adult industry' hasn't taken either of them back. Just because a few companies have questionable ethics and/or reasoning, that doesn't mean an entire industry is worthless and corrupt.
I've spoken with people in the biz that are on both sides of the issue re: providing employment to Wallice. Apparently he's pretty good at what he does for these people (editing, etc.) and some feel that it's unfair to deny him a living in the industry. Consumers should vote with their wallets. Ranting on the internet doesn't accomplish much of anything.

I consider Alex Ladd a friend, and I would absolutely love for him to explain his reasoning to me for why Marc Wallice deserves to still work in this industry. I've never had an opinion on whether TT Boy actually considers the ethics of his decisions, but it would be fun for him to explain the same thing to me. Apparently these people don't give a shit that in 1998, Marc gave HIV to 4 or 5 girls, and for 6 months REFUSED to get a valid HIV test. He was a selfish bastard, and he doesn't deserve to be employed by the industry that he obviously had no respect for. Actually, I don't think Alex or TT should attempt to explain to me in person, even if they were so inclined. I'd probably attempt to strangle them, and I think I'd have a pretty good case to claim temporary insanity.
I have to agree with Tricia here. What this guy did is just unforgivable. It would be a whole other story if he had no idea what he was doing but I just can't imagine how anyone could do that knowing what he was doing. Beyond it just being disgusting beyond all reason, how could you trust such a person with anything? Edited by - randomprecision on 7/7/2008 7:30:07 PM
I think it does matter some. If what is being said is even partially true, he had done serious damage to what normally is a safe industry and hurt a lot people in the process.
Rant away, but before doing so please search for and read the many previous threads that discussed this issue. It's been pretty well bantered about as much as it possibly can be. It also tends to bring out the worst in people and quickly festers into an angry mob. I'm not saying it's not a serious issue, only that it's something that happened quite a while ago. Getting the angry web-mob all wound up again isn't going to accomplish much (if anything) new however unfortunate that may be. Now people know he's working for another company, you can choose to not buy their stuff as a result of this new info if you so choose.
You are right ranting does little. I like to follow the lead of some jurisdictions and aggressively prosecute people that conceal their status resulting in the spread HIV. I know most in the country are not sympathic to porn actors but that doesn't mean they don't deserver "Megan's Law" type protection. I know of a few cases in Ohio where criminal transmission HIV was successfully prosecuted. South Dakota now requires those convicted to register as sex offenders.

I disagree that it hasn't accomplished much. Each time, it put a lot of pressure on the company that was currently employing him. Maybe not because they were losing all that much in sales, but because of the internal pressure from within the business, after the info was circulated of which company he was working for. Most of the new girls have no idea who he was, so they show up on a set that he's directing, and it's business as usual.
I hadn't thought about it from the behind-the-scenes perspective. As an outsider that's watched these Wallice threads progress, often in ugly and incredibly insensitive ways, it just appears that the guy easily jumps from job to job. I never got the impression that the angry internet mob was accomplishing much. If it does help then that's good news.
What I'd like to know is, how did Ron Jeremy get away with not getting infected? If I'm not mistaken Ron, was right there in that anal gangbang with Marc in the movie banging away. Does Ron have some kind of special Anti STD Force Field on his cock? Maybe somekind of special coating that's only available on Rons penis. ( I hope it's not Thousand Island or Bacon Grease.)
Corben, It is well known that certain sex acts are far more likely to result in the transmission of HIV from one person to another when one individual is infected. The most risky act is the anal cream pie where the inserter is HIV+. This is one reason why so many women get infected by a guy once that guy gets infected. Guys get infected too, but not as frequently as females since their activities are often less risky. As far as I know, every HIV transmission in the straight industry has occurred when the scene involved an anal cream pie. Other acts have varying degrees of risk, and guys may get infected by their participation in these acts. This is why it is not that surprising that Ron Jeremy was not infected by his participation in these shoots. Of course, he should consider himself fortunate anyway, since transmission to him was possible, although not as likely as transmission to those who were infected.
Wow, this is news to me. I look at a lot of BTS and this is the first time I saw him. Could you be more specific? What movies? Did you mention this in your review of these movies? I heard that he worked as an editor for quite a while... To me their is a very BIG difference between an unseen editor and being a Director and in the BTS directing! Den
I know that he has edited many movies for VCA and for Simon Wolf, and has occasionally appeared in BTS segments doing this. Although he was not the focus, he would sometimes appear inadvertently. Companies that have employed him have been smart enough to not advertise his employment. This movie and that one movie for DVSX are the only post-scandal directing gigs that I know about. He once had a directing job at Elegant Angel, but I believe that job ended once his name was attached to the (alleged) activities. This is in the LIB archives that a previous poster in this thread linked to.
Den, I think that Bob was trying to say that he has jobs that are considered to be behind the scenes within the industry, such as editing or Production Assistant, etc..., not that he participates in or shoots a lot of BTS features for movies.
