I was at a store one time and there was a movie playing that had a Mardi Gras type feel to it. In it there was a girl on that looked like she was on the hood of a car or something having sex. I know it is kind of a shot in the dark, but I have yet to see another Mardi Gras type movie with a hardcore scene in it. Anybody have any idea if there are any out there or what movie that was? I do know that once NO started cracking down on public sex, in the streets, that the quality of these videos went downhill. The best volumes are from the early 90s.
