^ The member survey is on the Survey Monkey website. Members are linked to it from the member area on Hard X, Erotica X or Dark X. It is well done and gives you the opportunity to give input on types of scenes and performers you would like to see. I don't know if non-members of the website have access to the survey, however. I looked back a couple of months to posts by HardX J but couldn't find any links to the survey from outside the website. As a fan who loves all aspects of Mason's work (from her wonderful work for EA's Club 59 g/g line to her passionate Erotica X scenes to her hardcore b/g scenes), my only criticism of the survey is it tends to favor b/g only fans. Since Mason has done very, very limited g/g scenes for Hard X and Erotica X, it is likely her g/g only fans from her EA Club 59 period have moved on to other sites such as Girlsway and don't participate in the surveys. Looking back at her Elegant Angel period (2011-2013), 25% of her work was g/g scenes only (16 DVD's per year with 4 of those DVD's being g/g only). I miss it.

For the next installment of Stacked, I would like to see Darcie Dolce. I know she is only a G/G performer, but there is nothing to say that you can't have one Girl-Girl scene on the DVD. Maybe pair her with Karlee Grey. Or maybe it could even be a threesome, just with Darcie not performing with the male talent. Also could it not be just a bikini scene. Last but not least, if you are reading this Mason, I know I'm probably in the minority, but I really wish you would stop talking before the scenes. No interviews. ^ Honestly, one of the things I find unique about Mason as a director is the quality of her pre-scene interviews. When other directors do interviews they often have a stilted, awkward quality to them. Like the girls just wants to move on to the fucking and the director has to work hard to elicit answers from them. And they often ask dumb questions too. With Mason's interviews on the other hand, it seems like the girls are genuinely excited to be talking with Mason and they have a genuine rapport. The girls' personalities also seem genuine. In other interviews it often seems like performers put on a front of being some crazed super-slut nympho because they think that's what the director and the audience want. Mason seemingly shows us the real side to the performer. I like that a lot and would be really disappointed if it went away. One thing I would like is a tease sequence for every scene. I'm sure that's not possible for a host of reasons, but one of Mason's biggest draws as a director are her peerless tease sequences. And while we're on the subject of interviews and extras, I would love it if Mason did more podcast discussions. The old ones for Elegant Angel were very insightful, and the one she did with Sovreign Syre and Allie Haze for Allie was on point too.
^ I really enjoy Mason's interviews, too! I would be disappointed if she stopped doing them, too.

Like I said, I know I am in the minority. Mason is an excellent director and she has "teases" down to a tee, though I do think she should stop with just bikini scenes..but she is a terrible interviewer and I just really think putting it in the beginning of some of her scenes takes something away from the scene. If it something that she just wants to do, than put it in a behind the scenes. I actually believe Mason's interviews are "more" awkward than they typical porn interviews. I'm not sure what it is, but they came across that way to me. Also, it should be pointed out, that many fans just don't care about that stuff. They don't care about a performers personal life or daily life. Just like when you watch a Hollywood Summer Blockbuster....do you really care what Johnny Depp is doing at home? Or how would you feel if they interviewed the stars before the movie began? I adore Mason, but this is a big flaw in her direction to me. I think she has done great job at HardX, but I have shied away from a few of her releases that she does this. I COULD NOT AGREE WITH THIS MORE!!!! Tease me every scene. And enough with just the bikinis.....how about short shorts, business suits, volleyball pants, even fast food uniforms. Imagination please. Her scene with Sinn Sage, Maddy O'reilly, and Lea Lexus is, imo, one of the best things she has ever done.
I absolutely love the interviews at the start of scenes i find mason's voice really sexy and the way she connects with the girl really makes it something special, please do not stop them mason. As for the teases i would love it if you did some with more than just bikinis to, some short skirts would be awesome :))
^^I completely agree. The Maddy/Sinn/Lea scene was brilliantly done: great tease, authentic! I feel it should have won for the AVN G/G Group scene award for 2015 and not the Anikka/Dani/Karlie scene. But then, I am not a super big fan of sling bikinis for teases and more a fan of real life clothing like Maddy, Sinn and Lea were wearing at the laundry. I think you are a wonderful director. I genuinely look forward to the little beginning interviews and other sections where Mason talks. It would definitely take away from the overall appeal of the scenes for me if Mason stopped talking. I can definitely get on board with the requests for even more scenes having teases though. Small Interview + Tease + Rest of the scene = ideal Mason scene.
^He has in the past linked some of the surveys here, I think there is still one up a few pages back on the DarkX thread, but yeah you're right the member survey is hard to miss on the site if you are a member.

I sure hope Facialized isn't one of these "fringe series" that you're talkin' about. I know I, for one, have mentioned on more than one occassion in the member survey (when I've had a HardX membership) that I love the Facialized series more than any other series and that I eagerly anticipate each installment. At first thought, I think there's no way Mason & HardX would consider ending the Facialized series, considering that it's one of the most (if not the most) talked about series on this thread and that the first two DVDs sold well (according to online stores like Adult DVD Empire). But yet, when you mention keeping "fringe series alive" and noticing that we're now halfway through February and neither you nor Mason have given any indication that work on the third installment is about to begin, I'm really starting to wonder what's going on.

So I just re-joined HardX and I'm looking at the "X-sites" survey. At the top of the survey page, it reads: "EroticaX continues to grow and as it does so, we'd like to know what else you would like to see from our award winning studio!" There are then several questions on the survey that really don't have anything to do with HardX, such as:I know you wanted to make an "all-in-one" survey for the sites, hardxj, but if I have no interest in EroticaX, why should I respond to questions that are clearly geared towards that one site/studio? Can I complete the survey without filling out the questions that aren't applicable to my interests or does each question have to be answered in order for the survey to be submitted?
It's on the top of the members area of every site. This is a members only survey and is not open to the public. We change the survey that the link points to, but you can always find it by following the same button from the members area, which hasn't moved since we redesigned the site. Also guys, we track the survey's and the reason I don't make them all public is because just like here, a lot of people user multiple names and multiple email addresses to increase their chances of being heard. Every single questions pertains to all three sites and not just Eroticax. There is a LOT more crossover than you guys probably realize. You always have the option of skipping any question you don't want to answer and that's absolutely fine, that's why I built in the option. I've corrected the wording at the top to reflect that it's part of all sites, btw; that wording was just leftover from the template. We've gotten reliable answers on the survey by asking the same questions over and over and over again and it was time to ask something else. As I've mentioned a number of times before too, I know that our competitors read the survey and i'm not interested in giving them any more help, by making it too obvious what we are doing. And also; the G/G/G scene we had recently in the Anikka vs Kelsi was one of the most popular scenes of the last three months, and so was the Staci/Mia scene so there are absolutely still fans of Mason's of mason's girl/girl work around. Exactly the question I had in mind when I was talking about dumb questions.One thing Tim Von Swine has made abundantly clear in other threads where the topic of blowbang films comes up is that the profit margin on them is very slim. Blowbang scenes are very expensive to make compared to anal or even DP scenes. If a blowbang themed film sells only just as well as an anal themed film like Big Anal Asses or Analized, that's not very successful in terms of a budget to profit ratio. Because Mason has Open Life/Gamma behind her I'm sure there are some mitigating factors as to why it makes sense for them to keep making blowbang movies, in contrast to independent directors like Swine. Nonetheless, thank you very much to Mason and HardX for keeping the Facialized series going. I'm sure it's not an easy sell to investors. The fans appreciate it!

Mike John still don´t got his money back for the movie Dana & Bobbi Insatiable Voyage. That movie cost 30k. Sad cause this was probably one of the best gonzo movies ever made.

Morgan's 1st DV/DA is simply AWESOME!! One true show. One complete scene with ANAL DP DVP DAP. Miss only.. GAPING ASS. Mick and Markus are a great "couple". Their work is perfect. Looks like MD is really the replacement for Erik Everhard My list of watchable studios/scenes is getting shorter and shorter. I hate being so picky sometimes.
Morgan's scene with Mandingo looks awesome! If she keeps working with Mason, I can easily see her quickly ascending to superstar status. She's got the looks, her body is just incredible lately, and there isn't much in the way of competition in terms of other Asian starlets. I hope Mason gives her some strong consideration for the next Gangbang Me, Facialized, or her own showcase.
Morgan Lee's scene was great indeed. She looks absolutely gorgeous, the sex action is extremely intense. But, to be honest, I would have enjoyed the scene more without her constantly repeating the same four or five words. Sometimes less is more. Of course, that's just my personal taste. The Upcoming scene are very interesting. Watching Mandingo in two scene is so fucking good. I was hoping to see Aidra and Morgan ANALized and I was hoping to see Manuel Ferrara with Tiffany, not Ramon.
I know I'm a little late to the party on this, but I just wanted to say that I also enjoy Mason's interviews at the beginning of the scene. The girls do seem so much more comfortable, and I can tell that Mason is very genuine in actually listening to what the performers have to share. You can hear the passion in Mason's voice when she gets excited! She seems legitimately fired up about her scenes, and this surely is a big reason why she makes such top of the line material. I also dig the bikinis, absolutely love em! Nothing quite like a hot pornstar is a tiny sling bikini!
^ I'll pile on and state the obvious for myself, too. Mason is, in some sense, *the* draw. The interviews feel like actual conversations, not a nervous young woman being asked creepy and invasive questions that she really would prefer to avoid. I also love it when the tease and interactions are combined, such as when they would go walking on the street etc.

From her interactions with performers you derive the sense that she really loves what she does and is as stoked to make the scene as the home viewer is to watch it. Her enthusiasm is infectious. Over the past few years Mason has eschewed talking during the scenes, unlike her earlier releases. So if you drop the pre-scene interviews you would essentially be dropping Mason as an active participant in her movies entirely. That would be a huge mistake.

@hardxj Thanks for your recent posts. Good to hear confirmation of what I suspected, that what is often most vocally promoted by the fans here doesn't neccesarily translate into sales and that G/G continues to do well. Fingers crossed for more g/g from Mason in the future.
