Just a shame the 1080p bitrate is atrocious. I was a member earlier this year and, with all due respect, the quality of the 1080 vids looks more like 720p. Same goes for 21stSextury scenes too. Need to up the quality like Bangbros did.
The latest 2 previews on DarkX are for upcoming scenes directed by James Avalon. I hope Mason isn't leaving DarkX. I love her work and taste in women. A statement from Mason would be appreciated. I'd like to know what her plans are. I would be really disappointed to sign up to DarkX again only to find she's not shooting for that site anymore. Nothing against Avalon. His upcoming scenes look very good, and I do understand they're trying to shake things up by bringing back narratives. It's just that Mason's work is the big draw for me.
I would like to pitch the following two hot newcomers to HardX: Kylie Page! She's naturally busty and gorgeous! And...Cyrstal Rae! Cute and sexy! Also tiny and flexible! Romi is great. Her recent scene with Mandingo was fantastic. Great performances, but my favorite aspect was her outfit with the gold chains which totally slayed. It's the details like that which really make sex scenes stick out and stand the test of time, IMO. When I think back on all my favorite scenes over the past decades, there's always some kind of flair that sets them apart. It does not mean that the greatness of a sex scene hinges on some kind of particular attire or scene dressing or accessory, but that these legendary romps that land in the pantheon of porn frequently have these extra touches accompanying them which signify the effort which goes into the creative process. BTW any word on what Mason's plans for 2017 are? Please don't tell me she's retiring. When I see other director credits showing up on HardX and DarkX, it has me concerned.
^^ Agreed about Romi's outfit and how good wardrobe can make a scene stick in your memory. All these years later, from time to time I'll still have the occasional flash of Asa Akira's outfit from her DP scene in Insatiable 2 flitter through my mind: Whoever does the wardrobe for Mason's scenes (perhaps it's Mason herself) consistently does a fantastic job. As for Mason retiring, I doubt it. The only director subbing for her is James Avalon over at DarkX. On HardX I don't see anyone else pinch-hitting for her.
^Manuel and Mick basically direct their own scenes everywhere they go now so that is normal at this juncture in their careers. I just hope the sharing of directors leads to double output, Mason scenes + Avalon scenes. Not a switch back and forth that still leaves the same output rate as last year
Does anyone know what the deal with the Jezabel Vessir scene is? Is it part of a new Black Bombshells? Any idea when the other scenes will be released or who else will be featured?
I hope Mason directs another showcase soon. I think those have been her best movies by far since she first started directing them. ^ I'm not a fan of them either, but when it comes to Ashley (since she's my all time favorite) I want to see her push her limits and see her do some different things.
didnt Mason used to shoot Battle of the Bootys or something before? She should re-spawn that and make Valentina one of the feature girls, I nominate for her co-star to be either Aj Applegate, Jada Stevens, Phoenix Marie, or Kendra Lust
I am thinking that she's just on well-deserved and long overdue vacation. If she was getting ready to retire everybody would be talking about it, at least that's what I've been telling myself.
Kendra Lust is well out of her exclusive anal deal with Tushy so why hasn't HardX shot a anal scene with her yet? Another couple of hot 30+ girls HardX should shoot anal scenes with are Alana Cruise and Silvia Saige. I can't be the only guy who'd love to see that.
