With all due respect to Mason, I wouldn't want that. What would a contract like that mean - two scenes a year and twice with Zac Wild? I no longer have any expectations when it comes to porn. But I still hope to discover an interesting scene here and there. That would no longer be possible for me with a contract like this.
A contract with Mason in 2010? Absolutely! In 2024? Absolutely not!
^ Seems to me that if you are a fan of a pornstar then exclusive contracts are terrible! Guarantees that you're gonna see few scenes in total across the year. The top performers should work with all the top companies and directors so that we get the best and most varied content from them.

No need to apologize. For the girls, such contracts definitely have advantages.....although some Brazzers contracts have become a career killer. But apart from that, such contracts can be really disappointing for consumers. If there's hardly any content and you're basically only working with 1-2 male talents, then every scene is just like the next.
imo the contract system from 20+ years ago was a way to get female performers into the business who would not have otherwise. hence the massive amount of performers who either only did one or two scenes pre contract (or none) than none after. i mean what company even has consistent contract performers now other than brazzers and vixen?

I don't know how worthwhile it is for studios these days. Back then, they tried to boost their product with big-name stars. But since we live in the here today, gone tomorrow age, it would be more difficult to profit from a name.
I've posted several times on the forums over the past few years about the Star Showcase request, and the overwhelming majority of comments have been negative. Last year, director Mason tweeted that she wanted to create a Star Showcase and asked for suggestions for female actors to star in his movie. However, there hasn't been much news so far.
I thought I'd never see Valentina Nappi in Xempire again, but she's finally back, and she's back, and she's back looking as stunning and beautiful and gorgeous as ever, and that's a wonderful, wonderful thing.
Mason I was so excited to see Blake Blossom back on Dark X only to get disappointed seeing her get paired with Isiah Maxwell. Blake's 1st scene was an all time classic with Jax, I've mentioned it here in the past and on the site in the comments as well. The one with Lex Steele was such a downgrade and I low expectations with Isiah too. Sad that Mason doesn't consider our suggestions anymore like she used to in the past. :(
^ You have to understand that Mason will get loads of different viewpoints and opinions. The fact that she doesn't act on your individual opinions doesn't mean she's not listening! Many of us will hold different opinions. Personally.......I think Mason is best placed to decide who best to cast!
