Are you sure that's her ? To be honest she looks a little like a supermodel , or maybe one of those Costa Del Posh types . Either way she's definitely a looker ! Guess she wanted to build up some credibility as a Director before displaying her beauty - unless , of course , this is all a marketing ploy ...
Mason is damned attractive woman...love to see a full picture of her. Intelligent, perverted and hot. What a combo.

I'm guessing that's some sort of switchero . Not seen the latest Star Wars flicks I'm afraid - well , not past the first 20 mins anyway !
BTW I agree with you . It's a good idea to be skeptical about these things , at least until all the facts are in . My post was supposed to reflect that , unfortunately the idea's gone missing in action . :o
I've met her (Elegant Angel trip with Mike Lyons, he too can confirm the details), now that it is safe, I can post sometime a photo of myself with her. That's Mason for sure, she's a hottie behind that burkha.
It is indeed Mason and the picture does not do her justice. She was at the ADT party past night and I think a number of folks got pictures with her. I'm sure they'll be posted here next week sometime.
Now that Mason has "come out", maybe we can get her to get down & dirty in some of her scenes. Also, I'm thrilled to see she is going to start producing material on a regular basis.

Geez, I thought it was still a big secret. She made me promise not to show anyone the picture I got with her at the booth (personal use only, heh). But it was worth it. She's a lovely lady.
I suspect that Mason did NOT authorize the photo, though she did appear at the show without the bhurka. Like ObiBong, MLyons asked her for a photograph which she only agreed to on the condition it not be published. When a gal (maybe Heidi Pike-Johnson) came up to interview her with camera person in tow, Mason made it clear that she was only allowing MLyons to take a picture for himself, and that she didn't want an official one released. Now, since we left before this interview actually took place, maybe she was talked into changing her mind, but, then again, maybe the reporter took advantage of her. We'll have to wait for Mason to say what the truth is.
And yes, she is an attractive, and intelligent woman.
Well that definitely sucks if it was unauthorized. Even though they did post signs noting that there's implied consent to public use of all of our images while we're on the floor, I think most of us here know the value of some level of anonymity. This ain't my real name, after all.
What's the reason why she does not want to reveal herself? She's hot so I have no idea what the problem is unless she's ashamed for making adult movies or is she suffering frome the Khan Tusion syndrome ;-)
She's actually so hot she should be infront of the camera, not behind it.
Yes, she really did work with Rodney. And, at the great ADT party she did reveal to me that she is seen briefly in one of the DVD Behind the Scenes. She did not tell me which one!
Actually, if this year's show are the same as others, by just entering the show, she probably authorized the photo. I'm sure that there were notices at all entrances to the show that stated that filming would be taking place on the show floor and that anyone who was at the show was giving permission for their photos to be used.
Thank you all so much for your responses. I just got back from the show and yes, I can confirm, that the picture taken was authorized by me. AVN has been especially gracious and kind over the few years I’ve been in porn and it felt right that their web site should be the first to publish my picture.
As to the reasons why I covered up my identity, I have spoken at great length on my website, in articles, and interviews. For the sake of not being redundant I will not elaborately retread these here. So feel free to check them out if you want to know more. In short, the central motivation for hiding my face was always that I never wanted to compromise the freedom I had to get inside the viewers' minds. The mystery was such an integral part of what I was trying to do. There was also an extent to which I wasn’t comfortable with my own sexuality. Masking myself gave me the freedom to explore my perversions. It afforded me the luxury of letting go without fear. I’ve now reached a point in my life where I am comfortable with shedding some of these inhibitions.
BTW, I did take some pictures at the EXPO with fans and, like I said to them in person, I’d respectfully ask that they do not find their way on to the web. I think people have seen enough of my ugly mug for now.
Thanks to everyone who came by the Platinum X booth to say hello; It was so nice seeing old friends and making new ones. I had such a great time!
"Ugly mug"? I don't think so. Unless the AVN photo looks nothing like you, the only "ugly mug" that can be associated with you would be one that holds a cup of coffee.
In looking at google's cached page of InsideMason.com, it appears that the site was associated with Elegant Angel (Patrick Collins is listed as the custodian of records), with whom Mason no longer works.
