Is Melissa retired or still working? All things considered, I think she could keep doing porn for another 10 years.
Melissa is one of the few girls that I'm still a fan of after changing her appearance. I loved her face (including her nose) and her breasts when she started out, but I still find her attractive (but different looking) after changing both.
While I love natural breasts and have seen many small-but-good chests ruined by bad boob jobs, I think Melissa's were well-done and sexy -- she traded away some natural beauty for more artificial sexy. But her natural tits gave me a hardon before and her implants give me a hardon today.
Her nose "imperfection" was something I honestly never noticed -- I think most guys would have called it distinctive rather than unattractive. I think her nose looks "better" now, but also less distinctive... she looks more like all the other girls that have had nose surgery... which I find attractive, but also less unique.
I think she looks better with dark hair.
Plastic surgery is playing with fire... Melissa has used it and not burned herself yet, so I give her props for that. But all it takes is one collagen-injection to end up looking inhuman like Jenna Jameson.  [Link] |

As far as I know she is still performing but not working intensively. I have found a new release of her named Big Tits Like Big Dicks 3.
I am not quite sure what to think about her new look but I must say that the surgeries make her lost her youth quicker than expected. Therefore I would pick the more fresh one.
Additionally she always looks great in all different hair colours.

Talking about resurrecting an old thread :D.
I think she looks awesome now !! I was a fan before she went to work with dorcel and a bigger fan when she came back. I think she is "temporarily" out of the business, hope she comes back because I miss her a lot, still always watching her videos and finding about her on the web (her blog -she updates the french part way more than the english part- http://melissalaurensblog.com/blog/).
