Oh by the way, if she had paid money for a webmaster to create her site, she does own her site.

Now, I'm not sure if she registered her site with the government or not, but here in Canada, websites that generate income must be registered with the government for tax purposes.

My site is still registered with the government and no one else can use that name. It is mine and I own it.

I know as I've had my own site and I own the content. However, I did pay an annual fee for the same webmaster to maintain my site, whether it be to ensure security (SSL upgrades), or any Paypal upgrades, etc.
