I looked it up, and it does appear to be one some JAV blog, but the guy who runs it probably just made it up to drum up publicity for his site. The suggestion that one of the most popular American pornstars is retiring as well as the comment about Asian guys' penises will be sure to draw attention, so it makes sense why he would do it.
