That's exactly it. Mia is still in the industry (whether she's shooting amateur porn or with big studios) and her exclusive contract ended in the summer. If other studios wanted her, do you really think she wouldn't have either filmed with them since or even mentioned it? My conclusion is that either other studios don't want to film with her for whatever reason or whatever is going on with her Lansky scenes is preventing it from happening.
With some of the observations regarding clauses, non disclosures, and so on with the Lansky relationship ... if accurate .. it seems to me the agent's performance while representing Mia with Lansky certainly would seem to have fallen short of sound representation ???? Of course if the clauses etc are not existent then the representation she received would not hold any accountability specifically related to non existent clauses ...thank you as always for the opportunity to participate in this discussion ..
I think you guys are reading into this too much, my understanding is that she retired. I'm not sure she ever had intentions of working for others, or making this a long term thing. I think she thought it was cool to shoot for Vixen etc, of course Greg capitalized off of this and signed her to a long term deal.

I 100% agree with this.
Everyone is basing the whole "Mia was going to shoot for other people/companies" off of 1-2 tweets she did in her first ever Q&A on twitter where someone asked her about shooting with other people and she said she wants to or would love to or something like that.
That 1 reply was the only time she EVER even mentioned it and it was just a few weeks or so after where she began talking about only shooting for Lansky and being done when the contract is over. She never waivered far from this the rest of her time under Lansky's contract and that was that.
She got in the industry to make a lot of money real fast and only wanted to shoot for Lansky and that's it. This really shouldn't be dragging on for weeks/months at this point. Accept it and if she ever returns cool and if not move on.
I think she will come back if someone propose the right amount of money. So let us start a fundraising for a stunning comeback with Dredd on Jules Jordan Productions !
I think so too. She'll be back when she either gets a really good offer or when her funds run too low for her liking. Till then, she's got earlier scenes and her current Pornhub gig for our enjoyment.

ya know, I'd venture that at least 3-4 of those pages are just people like you who pop in and comment something like this for whatever reason and then another 3-4 pages are just people replying to them

This guy gets it. Everyone who keeps posting these commentaries on her popularity seems to think that they're making these keen observations that nobody else has. And the silly thing is that it reads more like "I have a problem with how much *other* people like this performer" rather than anything remotely original. If it bothers yall that much then just move on, it's not like there's a shortage of other hot performers to talk about that fit pretty much any taste. Insisting on saying the same thing that dozens of other disgruntled "fans" have said is just beating a dead horse at this point.
All threads are half appreciation, 1/3 complainers that don't see the appeal of the person the thread is about and 1/3 of defenders of the person the thread is about. It's part of how it goes, I guess.

If the Mia and Alex scene is for a new g/g site then maybe they're waiting to launch it before releasing the scene. Lansky puts out dumpster fire all the time, so a scene being too bad for release seems odd. Especially when there's such a big appetite to see Mia.
I believe there will be another turn in the story ... though any momentum she had, has faded tremendously ... by the way .. all the best in 2020 to my fellow forum fans ...

Might be best to see how her new career selling videos and a pay service where you can watch her having "it isn't porn" sex pans out before making any definitive statements. Much of the rest is subjective, so to each their own.

great point/question... I assume it does. I always felt it was the equivalent of "Playboy Playmate" and that comes with obligations to promote the company/brand when the ask. So, it very well could.
also to another post above: I know Lansky just announced he sold last week, but the details aren't known... could mean he just signed or agreed to but it isn't official for a bit yet. Either way, I'd imagine him or the new owner would like as many popular woman at a big expo like AVN to promote the brand as possible

That's my thinking too. Anything involving titles would come with some strings attached and a big thing like the AVN would be something she'd have to attend. I'd add why "crown" her if they'd drop her soon after but that's a different story. However since she does tend to explode easily on difficult questions/questions she doesn't want to answer, I'm not sure how much good it'd do the brand/site to have her there. Then again, if whatever happened was with Lansky specific, maybe the new management/owner will be willing to solve the issue?
I wonder if pornstars are paid to attend those things, brand obligation or not. Money does tend to be a big motivator.
I don't think Mia has any contracts with Vixen anymore. I also highly doubt she's willing to go to something like the AVN Expo. Remember that last year the Vixen angel stuff went really weird since they didn't had one girl for each month like other times and also it doesn't seems there will be a vixen angel of the year this time. I assume most have to do with the whole Lansky leaving his company.
Now for her Vixen stuff, I think Mia sees her title as Vixen Angel as something grandiose, a big title. So that's why she conserves it, and also I think that since Vixen is one of those companies that does this stylish photoshoots for all their scenes it's why girls conserve those images as their profiles, because they're pretty and we'll produced. Now the vixen angel photoshoots are even more fancy so I guess that why they conserve those pictures. Also, remember Mia still is 18 on her Twitter description so I guess she doesn't looks too much into that.
