Pervcity members will be happy to see that Claudio still has a few exclusive scenes to trickle out, who knows how many. How much consolation do you feel you deserve? How much consolation did people get in 2008 or any other depression? Sometimes investments don't work out. I doubt anyone is bankrupt because they rolled the dice on a membership especially if they were able to prepay for the whole year ahead of time. I get being frustrated and upset and maybe even venting a little bit but lmao grow up and get some perspective. A purchase is not an investment. Such transactions are subject to very different consumer laws. (I suspect all this is all way above your head, but I'll persevere.) So next time you buy a car and it doesn't start, you'll just put it down to "spilt milk", will you? Interesting. Thankfully I just signed up for a month, but I would have appreciated - even in the small print - a notice pointing out that the site will also be releasing most of his back catalogue, which are not exclusive to PervCity. It's called being honest.

I agree with Randy. I wanted to sign up as well but gave it a few weeks to see what content they would be releasing. My main issue was the false advertising. And look at what they're doing now, releasing non exclusive scenes lol....I feel bad for the people who signed up for a year in all honesty. At this point it's not really so much the money but the principle.

Anyway, you keep ignoring the exclusive scenes that are one the site already. You didn't get ripped off for $100. There is exclusive content there. I'm not going to count the scenes but if there are more than 20 that would've been 5 DVDs through EA. You're acting like you didn't get any of that $100 worth which is absurd. Having to track back through endless vacuous comments to find the start of quotation marks is confusing. Einstein would doubtless agree. 1) You keep blathering on about 100 dollars. As already mentioned, I only signed up for a month and not even make-a-fast-buck Adriano charges that much for a monthly subscription. 2) Again, as I said before, your argument seems to rest on the fact that as the sums involved are small, why should anyone give a toss about being ripped off or encouraged to join under a false premise? Is that really your best defence? 3) And you fail to address my central question of: why is it not clearly stated that a lot, if not most, of the material being released now is drawn from his back catalogue, much of which has already been available on his own dedicated site and Evil Angel for many years? That would have been fair and honest. Especially for those who signed up for a year. And I won't even bother to mention the choatic management of the site, the sudden disappearance of scenes on the scheduled day of their release or the woeful response to customer complaints and inquiries. As upset as you were, I'd assumed you signed up for the yearly option which is $100. A one-month subscription, on the other hand... the exclusive scenes you had access to EASILY could've been packaged for the one-month fee through EA. You keep avoiding this point but now I see why - it's difficult for you to argue that the amount of exclusive content you received wasn't worth whatever the one-month fee is. Again, look at the number of exclusives, break them into DVDs, and you saved money. You didn't get ripped off. Stop avoiding this point. As to #3... it was always clear that a lot of the work would be from his back catalog. The site never advertised that every scene would be all-new - what is the only alternative if every scene isn't new? Don't blame the site because you're not very bright.

And perhaps you would explain: 1) why the term "PervCity Exclusive" is plastered all over the site (have a look for yourself); and 2) how any person with even a rudimentary knowledge of English would interpret that term as anything other than implying that the scenes are exclusive to that site and that site only. As for your other (hurriedly cobbled together, and retrospective) argument about there being enough new scenes to fill a DVD, and therefore cover the cost of a monthly subscription. Well yes. But that isn't the point, is it? As I've mentioned several times, there is a principle of fair trading involved here and my sympathies lie with those who signed on for 3 months or a year, after placing faith in the ubiquitous "PervCity Exclusive" billing. Mr Adriano clearly has not delivered on that promise.
^^^ Randy, the scenes on the website that are exclusive are clearly marked as such. The older scenes from the EA catalogue are not. What is so confusing about that? As for false advertising you have not given a specific example of something that you feel misled you to make your purchase. In the weeks leading up to the PervCity launch Claudio tweeted that there was going to be a large selection of older scenes immediately available to members and 2-3 new exclusive scenes would be released each week. lol if you review this comment chain you were the dummy that introduced the personal flair, I just wanted to make sure I was speaking your language. You're the only person that misunderstood and thought every scene would be exclusive... you think that everyone else is the issue there? Not that it might have been you? It was always advertised that there would be a few exclusive scenes per week and there would be remastered old content. This was always clear and you're the only person that disputes this. Think about that. The "PervCity Exclusive" banner is all over... the "PervCity Exclusive" scenes. The scenes that aren't exclusive don't have that banner. The majority of the content from Day 1 was old material. It launched with a few exclusive scenes and a lot of old ones IIRC. Those were the conditions you signed up under. If you saw that and somehow thought that every scene would be new it's your fault for failing to understand the product that "falsely advertised" to you(by having more old content than exclusives from the moment you signed up going forward, lol).
Claudio did initially say on twitter there would be new exclusive scenes every day. The rate of new scenes also slowed a couple times since the first week the site was live. This argument is very stupid, neither of you are making new points. Seriously no one wants to read this in here anymore.
Guys, guys, can we put the petty bickering to one side and get back to the porn. If you want to argue about that PervCity bullshit then, seeing as that site was Claudio's venture and doing, why not take your qualms to Claudio's thread? I had a 2-day membership on the day the site launched. Whatever he said on Twitter, when the site was actually up and people actually had a chance to pay money for it it was never all-new content. I was a member during the first 48 hours or so. Anyone who signed up once signups were available and still thought the site would be all all-new scenes just wasn't paying attention. You can't blame that on anyone but yourself. Doylesax is right though. PC isn't Mike's business venture anyway he just performed for them. I get why someone like Randy would miss that point, seems to be a glance over everything, understand nothing type. Mike and Claudio had a falling out that affected production which affected releases. I don't think there was ever intentional mismanagement, probably more a lack of experience in a large venture. I'm sure Claudio will find a performer to shoot original content with at some point. I wish he still worked with Mike so that he could get us cast lists early like he used to though, that was always cool of him.

The best thing they can do to salvage some credibility is to swiftly release the exclusive (not recycled) scenes on DVD for those savvy enough to have avoided a subscription, and offer a full refund to anyone who wants one. What? To date there have been 36 exclusive scenes released on PervCity that total more than 24 hours of video. That would fill 7 DVD's. At $20 a pop, and plus tax, you would have to spend $160 for all that content. If you have not joined, then today you could for $25 for one month and download it all, then cancel before it renews for the second month. And it looks like there are still more exclusive scenes with Mike to come. Even if you did join, for one month, 3 months or an entire year, it has not been a ripoff in terms of $$$'s for content. The disappointment was the split between Mike and Claudio, which as Claudio said was Mike's decision. Which seemed to have taken place in the week or two before the website launch. Which was about 21 months after Mike first floated the name PervCity.com on his twitter account on May 24, 2013 and obviously deep into their collaboration on the website.
