Funny this should be brought up on this thread because the same issue came up on Jay Sin's thread and he said that this should not have happened and that he was going to get in contact with Evil Angel immediately to correct it. It may be a case of Mike not being aware of this and somebody bringing it to his attention. On another note, I watched the revamped version of Sierra Day's scene from Anal Inferno 2 - utterly incredible stuff, this girl's rosebud and her anal control are like almost no other prolapsing girl I've ever seen.
