yeah from what ive seen theyve been shooting the whole time. maybe one person, maybe more, got Covid i dont know, but i'd be willing to bet they really didnt need to stop updating the sites because of it. my belief is that they used it as a convenient excuse to mislead their fans and stockpile scenes for their upcoming vacations/holidays. at any rate Mike's sites have had way more down time from updates than any other active group of porn sites that im aware of. of course i could be wrong in my belief that we've been mislead, but im sorry, i dont trust them anymore. i think theyre just purposely lying to their subscribers.
Damn y'all stressing about no updates. I'm glad I don't waste my money on his sites. Just felt like he's robbing y'all with no gun. Say this because he has 5 sites, but he makes y'all have to pay for one individually. Realitykings, brazzers, etc have all these sites, but you get all of them with one payment.
I swear that idea crossed my mind ...this is not his first or last disrespectful act towards his subscribers...when people keep giving excuses for him , he will keep lying to his fans.

Yeah, Mike is dishonest, a lier, his sites have bad communication and like the poster above said, he makes people pay individually for all 5 sites and you got sites like Evil Angel not doing that sh**. We're just $$$$ to Mike but he's not ever getting $1 from me again!

judging by these pics the production has kept rolling nostop. only the updates have stopped. looks like all of us have basically been robbed of the money it cost us for a monthly subscription. Mike should be rich.

Let's play devil's advocate on this. Where does having to pay individually make Mike Adriano dishonest or a liar? Where on his sites communicates that you get a bulk discount for subscribing to the sites or that you get access for all 5 sites for the price of 1?
What Evil Angel does differently in its pricing structure is its business. Sticky Dollars would need to have similar economies of scale to Evil Angel or Mindgeek/Brazzers for worthy comparisons to be made in pricing structures.

at any rate Mike's sites havent kept their written promise of what was at the bottom of each website about new exclusive content updates every set number of days. instead they removed those statements from the websites as soon as they announced their "Covid" shutdown. very shady business tactics if you ask me.
"If you ask me", I find remarking upon the promised frequency of updates to be cheap and meaningless. You would call them shady also if they left that promise there with the shutdown in effect so complaining about the promise being removed as "shady" is a moot point.
Perhaps you're not aware but the porn industry is not immune to the effects of the current pandemic. If anything, I would argue that the porn industry is under far more scrutiny than any other entertainment medium as an outbreak of covid in porn would create hysteria around the industry being irresponsible when if the same precautions were taken with a mainstream movie or TV studio, a double standard would be applied excusing the mainstream movie or TV studio for a covid outbreak. These are extraordinary circumstances that few people alive today have experienced before so I can give the porn studios the benefit of the doubt.
Am I frustrated by the disruption? Yes, especially as I have two current paid subscriptions but I was always aware that it was a gamble when I resumed them in case there was another shutdown as this pandemic isn't over just yet.
I don't know about you but I would much rather see a temporary self-imposed shutdown so content can resume later as I've enjoyed it than see production continue and risk scapegoating and legislation changes that have a more serious impact on the wider industry.
I may consider the shutdowns to be for the greater good of the porn industry though I still think Sticky Dollars could show the competence to learn from these two shutdowns and build itself a backlog of content to tide itself over for at least a month.
Since he's having the COVID issue this month, Mike should at least extend the release of scenes to this month, instead of releasing 1 scene every 5 days, release 1 scene every 8 days or 10 days. So we would have at least 3 scenes this month.

one point i need to make is this. 1. i definitely believe the pandemic is real and should be taken very seriously. now that thats out of the way the only reason i bring Covid up is that if there was such a bad outbreak at his sites' operations, why do they keep shooting scenes nonstop? it seems theyre shooting as many or more scenes now than they were before this shutdown. and i know you may say its the back end that uploads the videos or whatever that had an.outbreak. well if thats the case you cant make me believe they cant find a way to get the scenes on the sites. you can believe what you want but like i said, i dont trust a word they say anymore.

the way i look at it if they put a pause on updating the sites they should have put an extension on people's membership expiration dates. its that simple.
I'm not trying to make you believe anything though it's curious that you've neglected to mention that there's a stage between shooting and uploading. Is there a reason you haven't mentioned that stage? As it's self-evident that Sticky Dollars scenes aren't captured in one uninterrupted shot, it stands to reason that they go through at least one additional stage between shooting and uploading and one so critical that uploading is not possible without it taking place.

so youre ok with a site NOT honoring their promised updates in the site description, and then NOT extending memberships to coincide with that pause? youre ok with subscribers being lied to, whether intentional or not, without any compromises by the sites to compensate for it?
^^ Cathy Newman's "so you're saying" inference didn't go so well, nor does your strawman argument that I approve of what you accuse Sticky Dollars of doing. Lying requires intent. There's no such thing as an unintentional lie. Can you prove they intended to lie and deceive their customers?
Let me be clearer in what I was hinting at seeing that you're more content to say I'm OK with lying. Is there a reason you don't concede the possibility that the covid infection could have affected a person or people involved in editing? Content can be shot now but how can it be uploaded if the raw footage doesn't go through all the processes of post-production? I admit I am speculating but you are welcome to demonstrate how my speculation is completely implausible.
Did you omit the post-production because it might undermine your argument that there's no reason "they can't find a way to get the scenes on the sites"?
Have you ever worked in the real world where some projects have been late in terms of delivery of the final item or interim updates? The situation sucks but there can be circumstances out of one's control.

It is very suspicious to me that the dates of the scenes were removed when they announced the delay (the announcement which cannot be seen by people without a subscription). I'm not a judge, so I do not have to prove anything.
^ I don't agree with post-truth nor do I elevate opinion over fact in this case. If an assertion can't be backed with proof, it can be dismissed without proof.
This is the answer from Customer Care Support to my request of totally refund 589 Euro for every sites (1 year membership for all)

its very funny to me how during times like this Mike's sites always say how they appreciate our loyalty and dedication during these "delicate times" as they said. however, that obviously couldnt be further from the truth. if they truly appreciated our loyalty they would extend our "already paid" current memberships for the duration of ever how long this delay on new updates ends up being. THATS how they would show me they appreciate my loyalty. as it stands, them just saying they appreciate it, then not giving me any kind of compensation for their lack of updates is like spitting in my face. to put it simply, they care about us giving them money, but they dont care if we get what they told us we'd be giving them money for. i understand business is business, but companies must show you they appreciate you, not just say it. talk is cheap.

Then extend the duration of membership or refund, people paid for a good (the new scenes) and Mike didn't give them so it's a breach of contract. If for some reason, you charge people money for a good and because you can't deliver due to Covid, you are free to keep the money and charge again after a month? I don't think so!
It's like going at your job and telling your boss "Sorry, can't do the job this month, Covid". You'll get fired! lol You took the money and didn't deliver. Fired.
^ Do you actually have a contract with the terms and clauses itemized or are you going to continue posturing with legalese as if there is an iron clad contract that has been breached? As this is the second time Sticky Dollars has apparently been in "breach of contract" I'd have thought a lawsuit would have been made by now but there's been all bark and no bite.

take long time subscribers like me out of the equation for a minute. how do you feel about new subscribers that just subscribed before the pause on updates? perhaps the primary reason they signed up was in anticipation of all these regular new updates that the sites clearly stated at the bottom of the website would be coming. do you not feel they deserve some kind of compensation for signing up for a site based on the stated amount of regular new updates, and then the site not delivering those new scenes as described? keep in mind that the statement the site made about regular updates was obviously made in an attempt to get new subscribers in the first place. what do you feel about that?
Why remove the dates on scenes when new updates aren't being added? just seems like a pointless attempt to hide the face that new updates aren't being added.
