What is going on that neither Mike nor any of his movies or scenes is nominated for AVN awards? Is it contractual, political, personal, or something else. We're all Mike fans here, and many of us think he's the best pornographer out there, so this perplexes me.

As far as I know, he has never really been nominated for AVN's historically, despite his industry wide recognition. I think it is a bit political/personal.
