These things commonly take 6 months, sometimes a year from conceiving, to producing, to distributing. They put a ton of consideration not just into how they want to shoot and what kind of treatment they are going for, but with how they will promote it. 6 months seems to be like a rushed schedule, from my experience following various showcases by Jules Jordan and Blacked and other companies. It evidently usually takes longer than that. Impatience can result in shit like the Remy fallout. I don't think AJ has a diva reputation like Remy did though.
