DVD Empire told me that only after a period of 12 weeks the shipment can be regarded as "missing." I want to know if this has happened to more members of the forum and what the standard procedure from DVD Empire is in these matters.  [Link] |

I`ve lost 2 packages from them (at considerable cost) but understand that if you do not pay (the huge amount) for insurance, its just pot luck.
