I think at one point they mentionned something like "People don't have to import porn illegaly anymore now that it's available in Licensed Sex Shops". They completely by-passed the issue of the thousands of people like us who import legally porn DVDs from abroad. Well legally most of the time not counting those fisting and pissing DVDs

The moving image vs magazine issue is interesting : a DVD showing pissing will be seized by customs whereas Soho shops have some Hustler mags with pissing photos in them which are openly sold without any problem.

I wish we had, like most of our European counterparts, a more open attitude towards sex and pornography.

At any local adult video store they sell/rent pissing videos, but here's the stupid part. People pissing on each other is not allowed to be shown in the movie (the censor board edits those parts out), but the box cover is allowed to show the girl getting pissed on. In other words it's okay to show the girl getting pissed on in a picture on the box, but not in the actual film, truly dumb. Either don't allow it or allow it, but for fuck sakes pick one or the other.

I import porn DVDs from the US (and mainland Europe) all the time without any problems (mostly from Lasersedge).

The stuff that is illegal to import as far as I know : anything containing pissing, scat, hard S&M and sex with animals. If you import such items and your package is opened by customs it will be confiscated, but let's say that there are pretty foolproof ways to get that stuff in nonetheless...

I'm not an expert on legalities so perhaps somebody will want to chime it, but basically you will be able to import porn. You may have to change provider because of shipping costs, which can be quite horendous with some retailers also there's the issue of possible taxation by customs.

just to put your minds at rest. some of the more anti-civil rights laws have been abolished. such as the anal sex laws and the gay sex laws. although it is still illegal to film more than 2 gay men having sex at any one time. and last year the police actually arrested and took to court a group of men who had filmed themselves having sex, some were sent to prison.

that last event actually made me ashamed to be british:/
