When I watch porn, one of the things I love is the natural movement of the breast as the lady is engaged in intercourse. The most perfect of breasts will move like waves in an ocean and when filmed properly, it is just as hypnotic. Small, medium, large, Amy Reid or Gianna sized, as long as they move like real breast, I'm a happy man. Many a star has undergone pectural expansion during my tenure as a porn fan, but IMHO, few actually improved their appearance. I admit to liking Janine's breasts but that may be part of the overall picture and how beautiful she is with or without implants. I am old and often set in my ways but I am willing to reconsider. I do this by humbly asking you fans and performers who has the most realistic/natural looking fake breasts?. If you can please provide pictures as part of your response, it would be appreciated. You could show a doctor photos but at the end of the day it all depends on what you have now, how big you decide to go, how elastic your skin is, saline or silicone, over or under the muscle,and of course how good your doctor is. With all those factors in play there's really no way to predict the outcome exactly. You're probably better off seeing pics at the doc's office of the work he's done when you go for consultation. Also, even though what's considered "realistic" looking is subjective, I'd be far more worried about them looking "good" rather than "realistic". It's all up to personal tastes but in my mind there are some real breasts and some girls with more "realistic" looking implants that aren't as good looking as some girls with with more obvious implants. I have noticed though that most girls in the business have breast implants that look fake, vs. the majority of the implants I have been able to see on everyday women that seem to lean to a more natural look. So I have found the breast that I would like. Really it had a lot to do with being realistic and looking for my current shape in the before pictures. The problem I have with most of the boob jobs seen in the porn world is that they look so terribly fake. And that's not even exclusive to freakshows like Echo Valley, but also smaller ones like recent examples Bridgette B or those two Asian girls posted here somewhere. It's just excruciating to look at.
