The content looks Russian in origin, so I don't know if it's imported into America or where their severs are located. To be honest, I'm still a bit paranoid about credit card purchases on the net...and when things involving the word 'Russian' and 'porn' come up that paranoia goes through the roof (from falsifying 2257 docs to just being the most scamming, underhanded people of the world.
