Do you mean plot/sex wise, if so no. If you mean other feature films with a good plot and hot sex I'd recommend Camp Cuddly Pines Powertool Massacre, Space Nuts and Euphoria. It's another film with a good sized budget.
If smaller budgets are okay, I'd give Nic Andrews' work for Digital Playground a try or The New Neighbors from Frank Castle.

Most of the recent Wicked features are couples friendly. It's hard to go wrong with any of them. Here is one place you can search for them here:

Look for the big budget releases from Wicked, Digital Playground, and Adam & Eve. In addition to some of what's been mentioned already, you might try Rawhide , the Dinner Party movies, or the newly released Tailgunners from Adam & Eve, Nic Andrews' Dark Angels (and its sequel) from Digital Sin, or Hercules from Wicked. Joone also directed the Island Fever series for Digital Playground, so if she liked the feel of the sex in Pirates that might also be a consideration, but DP also released quite a few movies by Nic Andrews that are worth checking out with Rush and Loaded being the only ones to come to mind for me.

Check out Manhunters by Wicked. If she liked the action and the sex in pirates, then she will love manhunters. Like the other posts above, usually anything by wicked is good for couples.
