In order to organize all those videos, I started to make links of the video-files which I would then sort in separate folders named after my favourite performers... Well, as you can imagine, I realized this is not really convenient - as soon as I change a filename (say I'd add an info in the filename, such as a performer's name, or the production year), I'd have to update this information on several links as well... So I think what I need is a good movie manager, something like iTunes, but for videos - and working on Mac. Something I could tag my videos with all sort of infos. Can someone recommend such a program? Thanks a lot! [Link] |

| magicstrip Member 15 Posts 5/04 | Posted - Apr 30 2011 : 6:25AM Actually, I could still batch convert my files to mp4 - but it seems iTunes' built-in QT player has not the same functionalities as QuickTime, for example it seems you can't rewind or fast forward with keyboard shortcuts ("J" and "L", I use it all the time). What's more, what I really need is being able to tag several performers. I could tag them in the "Artist" field (!), but in iTunes there is only one such field, you can't create several ones...
