In each parcel, there was much VHS.They was thus rather bulky.I nevertheless received the 3rd parcel after 30 days of waiting.

the tax that I paid is of 48,83 euros.the total order: $ 81,00 (VHS) + 48,83 euros (tax).
they arrived 2 times with fivestar.especially if you choose the option with the boxes.

but that can arrive to no matter whom & with any stores...finally I believe !!!

I NEVER order porn from any vendor outside the EU for that very reason - German customs don't interfere with packages coming from other EU countries, so it's not a problem.

Ramsey is right - you can't really blame the vendor for this.

I just saw this post or i would have relied before, first off that to the people who posted to this tread defending us, we do try our best and will continue to do so.

Now, in regards to your problem, things like this do happen regardless of what you believe, we have been in business for over 5 years in the net and 11 in total. We ship over 1000 international orders a month and YES, sometimes the packages get opened, there is no fool proof way to get packages thru, regardless of what you think , no other company out there can change this, it just so happens that you package got flagged and open and there is nothing anyone could have done.

It had nothing to do with the package or how we labled it, we are not amateurs, if that's the case then we would get all the packages back.

Every month a small percentage of the packages get stopped and im sure if you ask any other online store out there they will all tell you the same thing, there is no fool proof way.

WE have customers who have ordered many many times from us over the years with no problems and then all of a sudden they get a package stopped, people understand its not our fault.

I do understand your frustration and no store wants a customer to go thru this, we are not in the business of making customers unhappy or losing their money, its just not good business, if I had the power I would never let a customer go thru this, in fact we have a larger percentage of domestic packages get lost then orders seized by customs, we do try our best to make it up to the customers as best as we can.

I would ask that you contact me direct and maybe I can get you some free movies or coupons to help try to make it up to you. Most places wouldn't do this, but we want to keep all our customers happy, also remember how many times people try to be slick and cheat us and other online retailers and say we never got the package when they really did, since we cant track orders once they leave the US, we have to take the customers word for it, this is a big problem, not to say you are doing this, but you need to understand when dealing with thousands of orders, who do you believe and who is trying to run a game on you.

In any case, this should not in anyway reflect how we do business, we offer the lowest prices and the fastest shipping and we stand by that.
