There is that mention, and then again in the archive section header. The references to him, in the absence of any kind of disclaimer, suggest that he may have some affiliation with the site.

Please tell me what the big deal is? I just read the blog and I can see why him fudging a test is a super big deal but if all that happened is syphilis then at least it'll clear up with some medication. Of course it would be shitty to get a STD but that's a risk you choose to take when you have unprotected sex with people. Yes fudging a test is really fucked up. Mr. Marcus, I would first like to ask, what is your work out routine and diet? My next question is regarding racist pornstars. I'm here. Rereading everything, thinking how fast things change. I understand change is good...just difficult. The process sucks, but once your through your glad it happened. I don't know if I'll perform again, part of me felt like I got hit with a wallop of reality, the other half was...this is life, do what you love. I love this industry and all the shit that came with it. There are a lot of good people in it and that's all that matters.
Glad you're doing alright. Don't think most people gave you a fair shake around here recently. I think you just got put in a bad spot and made mistakes like everybody does. I think if you keep at it you'll find the right spot for yourself in the industry again. What I do know is that you brought out the best in a lot of these girls - like Kacey from years back - she just loved you. So you'll always be cool in my book. All the best, man.

Yo Marcus. Could you shed some light on what happened between you, Jessica Bangkok and Nikki Hunter on that radio show recently that led to these ladies being fired? Shit sounds like you jumped from the pan into the fire with your actions. I'm sure there's another side to this story and I wanna hear the truth from you.
It was a situation that was blown out of proportion. Jessica Bangkok, Nikki Hunter and Debi Diamond did nothing wrong. There were no rules in place that said "No sex", in fact the paper you sign when coming into the building pertains to "release of likeness" nothing more, nothing about not having sex. So when they said she (Jessica Bangkok) was fired for allowing in studio sex according to their rules, that was incorrect, there were no rules in place. They (Playboy) fired Nikki and Debi because an hour earlier the same thing had happen (sex in the studio), so they could'nt fire one without firing the other. I happen to be caught up in the middle of all that, due to the misinformation some other people had about our situation. Again it sucks, cause I truly believe Playboy fired 3 of the best radio host in the business for no reason other than they panicked.
The whole Playboy radio situation sucked. Between Jessica, Debi and Nikki - they basically ousted some of their best, most talented and biggest draw stars. All because they caved to pressure over a silly "event" that was pure hyperbole. I wonder how much of this was also meant as a slight to Marcus or an attempt to stigmatize him further. I did not like the events of last year...not at all. I felt a bit disappointed in Marcus because I have always REALLY enjoyed the man and found him to be one of the decent dudes in the industry. But that hasn't changed. I believe he was a man caught in a tough situation who may have not rsponded as I would have liked - but that doesn't change who he is. We all make mistakes - I think this one was blown WAY out of proportion. He has seen some difficult times because of it but he has owned his portion and remained the man that I admire. Keep on keepin' on, Marcus.

Did you actually fuck any of these ladies or were you just simulating sex coz thats really the heart of the matter here. Wether they allow sex in there or not is irrelevant IMO. The scrutiny on you since the whole syphilis incident is still fresh and your every move magnified out of proportion. I think you oughtta think twice before you make a move. Not trying to sound self righteous, just offering some advice.
Oh, please. Getting popped for DUI isn't a career killer for someone in the public eye. Now, if at the same time they found hard drugs (anything other than weed), then obviously it's a different story. But just a DUI? Happens all the time and I'm not saying that to make light of it.

Mr Marcus sentenced 30 Day in prison LOS ANGELES—Mr. Marcus has pled no contest to a misdemeanor charge of exposing at least two adult actresses to a communicable disease, the Los Angeles Times reports. Mr. Marcus was sentenced to 30 days in jail, 15 days of community service and three years probation by Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Catherine Ewell after exposing adult performer Lylith LaVey to syphilis, along with at least one other performer. As part of the judgment against him, Mr. Marcus will have to follow all laws and not "alter or conceal" the results of any STI test.
As he previously told AVN, Mr. Marcus had been treated for syphilis after testing positive with his personal physician and believed himself to be syphilis free after receiving a shot of penicillin and told by his doctor to refrain from sexual activity for 10 days in order to let the medicine take its course. He subsequently worked with LaVey and others despite still testing positive, altering his test result in order to do so. According to the court filing neither LaVey or the other performer who worked with him contracted syphilis. This is not the end of Mr. Marcus's legal troubles though, as he was arrested for DUI on May 22, and was remanded on $200,000 bail. He's been in city jail since. "The potential spread of syphilis and other communicable diseases is a serious threat to our entire community," city attorney Carmen Trutanich said. "My office will continue to hold accountable those who place the health and welfare of others in danger in such a reckless and thoughtless manner." [b/]
