We also fairly often see men giving a woman's pussy a quick finger or rub or slap, or stretch the lips to see if they're elastic. In real life mutual masturbation is usually part of foreplay, not the end game, and it's usually simultaneous with a lot of kissing. Porn doesn't often have a lot of kissing.
