It starts on the beach (looks to be in Brazil), where Nacho and this girl with short black hair "pick up" this amazingly gorgeous modelesque girl and they go back up to an apt or hotel room and have a 3 way. You can click on the boxcover on that page to see the whole cover. The scene that we think you're talking about is the middle one on the back cover.
That scene was one of my favorites for a really long time. Actually, still is. I just haven't watched it in awhile. I may need to dust that off... soon. :)
btw- The trailer was previously available in WMV and Quicktime. Working on making it show on our site again.

I hadn't even finished your first sentence before I was about to answer but of course, everyone beat me to it. I didn't need a picture. Your description of Nacho paired up with a girl with "short black hair" was plenty. Anyone who has followed Nacho knows and loves his scenes with that girl. Legendary stuff. It's amazing you're seeing them for the first time.
My question is, if not on an Evil Angel DVD, where'd you see the scene?

^ no telling. i believe it was back in my AOL days so that's pre-2003. The image of the scene has kinda stuck with me over the years. Isabella's ass transcends time.
