Click to expand The problem with this is that people with these kinds of problems are often in a fragile state and "brutal honesty" just comes across completely wrong. You will merely hurt them with that kind of honesty. They have an altered body image. They don't see what you see. Yes....you should try and help but you have to be careful and sensitive about the way you go about it.
