I was just left with more energy to go to the gym. When u don't eat, your body burns energy from the muscles, not from the fat supplies first because it goes into starvation mode. However, last summer, I myself was just under 100lbs because I found out I was diabetic. I started controling my food, and taking tablets, and the weight just shot back on... the point I'm making is that there are several reasons beside the infamous 'anal' diet, (that seems to be the cause of everything) for loosing a lot of weight rapidly... when I was sick... i lost weight... when I broke up from my boyfriend, I was heartbroken... guess what?... I lost weight... when I took my final in university... I lost weight... STRESS in general causes me to loose or put on weight.... I just hope that Naomi, (and all the other girls, including myself) find ways to cope with the work load and the stress of everyday life and continue to try to be putting out great scenes, as healthy as possible... In about 3-4months, she's dropped around 50pounds atleast and that is very unhealthy. I've had conversations with Tiffany Rayne where she's said that she lost all her "baby fat" and looks very thin now and feels very uncomfortable with her body to do any movies at the moment. She also dropped a lot of pounds in like 2 months. You of all people (a very smart girl) should know dropping so much weight in that amount of time is very unhealthy, even if you were working out 6 days a week and eating very healthy. But do you or do u not agree with the "anal diet" phenomina we've been discussing in here Melissa?
